This application was an interim visit on our quarterly contract. The visit was multifaceted and we were impressed with the thoroughness on the call. Arianna Worley did a excellent job in dealing with all our issues

Nick Hetrick did a very good job. He listened to us in regards to all the areas we are having issues, took the time to explain to us what he was doing, what he was using and then explained why the process works. He told us about the spider eggs he found on our deck and any other issues he found found as well. He was quick and no smell when he came inside and sprayed baseboards. We were very happy.

Tyree did a great job. Although the office did not give him instruction to bring a different spray out than before, he was able to comply with what he had with him.

Izak Salinas arrived on scheduled time, introduced himself, told me what he was going to do, and asked if I had any areas inside the house to be serviced. He covered all areas in a professional and timely manner. Don B

Joe came right on time. He was pleasant and professional. He did the work in a timely manner. I am pleased with the Aptive service.

Great job Daniel. It was winter and cold we and didn't think we needed service outside but Daniel found spider eggs under the deck and elimated them and treated our attic for silverfish that we have seen. Professional, courteous and knowledgable.

Fredys was right on time. Very professional, excellent explanations of what he was going to do that day. Would like to have him come back each quarter.

It was difficult getting a service person to my house, but once he came, he was great. Russell Newton-Hatcher did the most thorough treatment than I have ever seen. We have the service from Aptive; no one has been as thorough than he. He was prompt to the minute. Very grateful.

I can hardly believe the wonderful customer service this company provides. I called on a holiday weekend after 5 on a friday. I thought for sure no one would get back to me until tuesday (Labor day weekend) The next morning someone was at my door.!!! I was so grateful because the house needed to be bombed for bites we were getting. Freddy Cabrara is the kindess most pleasant andhelpful technician I have ever met. He explained that I needed to vacumn the house and leave for a few hours. He even offered to help me vacumn. I could not leave so he offered to squeeze me in the next day. He showed up as promised. He is really special. The company is lucky to have him!!!

Monty Benjamin was so polite and professional. He even shut my gate after he was done which is a huge deal to me because even the people who mow my yard forget that.. awesome work man i hope your my tech everytime!

Fredys was great. Very pleasant and ready to go the extra mile to make sure my service experience was the best. He listened to my treatment wants and wishes and explained what he would be doing to accomplish the job. He was very thorough. I asked about a wasp nest on my deck and he said he would take care of it. He actually found 3! He treated inside for ants and spiders, and gave the outside perimeter a treatment for ants, fleas and ticks. Before treating the garage he cautioned me to wear sandals until the garage dried. Fredys was extremely knowledgeable and professional and very friendly.

Active and their technician Jason Reeves did an excellent job on the one month follow-up. He was courteous and professional. No bug problems since the initial treatment.

Aptive provided a very professional service with the technician (Fredys) explaining the pest control options in detail.

We're new customers of Aptive Environmental. We received our second pest control treatment yesterday (7/27/17). Our service technician was Steve Ross. He did a completely thorough and professional job, which was very much to our satisfaction. We saw evidence today that the chemicals are working.
