Kurtis R. was right on time explained what he was going to do. Kurtis did a great job letting me know about each product what it was for. He went over any safety concerns I had for our dog and family. I was very happy with the service we received.

Darrell was precisely on time with a clear, professional explanation of the treatments and fee structure. He and Ernesto completed the first service visit efficiently while still being thorough. The whole experience was simple and seamless.

Darrell was very informative, professional and did an outstanding job. He is a great asset to your company.

Great people to work with! Matt woodruff completed my order and I must say one of the most courteous techs ever! he made sure all my questions are answered and wasn't in rush to complete the next service. Very knowledgeable about what products they use and since the first service, most of the bug problems are gone. Hopefully it stays the same for rest of the year...

Kurt R. came out on a Saturday morning, and very thoroughly checked all over the grounds for ants, even working his way underneath my back deck! He was very efficient in ensuring they wouldn't not return! He was very kind and polite, and I felt comfortable with him being in my house.

Matt came out to my house. He gave me the run down on every product he was going use and What function they served. The man deserves a raise. As long as he comes out and does the work. I'll continue to use Aptives services. Thanks

I didn't see Mike too much since he was working so hard outside. It was amazing. He just jumped in and went to work. They were done so quickly. I feel very confident that I was taken care of today. Very professional and polite employees who came out to my house. Stephen AND his co-worker were very friendly and listened to all of my concerns. They performed a complete pest control service. I would highly recommend!
