I found office and reception staff friendly and helpful. Dawn was very professional and informative. I felt I was being taken care of.

EAP seems to have all the up to date equipment for all that is necessary for the condition of the eyes. Coming to the EAP I am confident on having the proper equipment to determine my condition. Also, the staff has made a very good improvement on dealing with us patients. Thank you!

My experience was great. My tech explained everything he was doing, what kind of drops he was using, etc. I enjoyed meeting the Dr and she too, was very explainable and took as much time needed to answer questions.

Stacey was especially caring and informative. She explained things in a way I could understand and made it very relevant. We have stayed with Eye Associates of Pinellas for the Dr and nursing staff, despite previous issues with scheduling, return calls, etc. The admin staff was phenomenal-We needed to be seen right away-They got us in, we chose the wrong office, but they not only kept the same appt time, they moved 1 appt to the right office! They also got the referral from my primary care doctor for the appt the very next morning!

Reception was cordial and efficient. Alex was patient and knowledgable and professional. Dr was thorough and kind. Scott was humorous, knowledgable and patient. He knew his stuff.

It was maybe 20 years ago that I was referred here by my P.C. physician because of an emergency, they all but tolled out the red carpet for me. After a thorough exam I was sent for laser surgery for a detached retina, it was my right eye, I have little vision in my left eye, I owe my vision to this practice.

Very polite, helpful and efficient. I would recommend to my family and friends. Very satisfied overall.
