The only real problem I encountered was waiting 10 minutes after my appt time to be taken to exam, but considering the amount of time that was taken with me, I prefer to wait a little longer to get the extra time with the tech and Dr. I also realize that the short wait time was because the staff was giving the other patients the same excellent service I received.

The person that scheduled the surgery explained the procedure and follow up very clearly. Appointments were scheduled promptly. The physician and techs were very courteous and knowledgeable.

I absolutely love Dr Haines. I,m actually very thankful and pleased with results. Great staff, friendly environment.
