Every time when I'm here, feel like somebody takes care of me and my business.
Feel comfortable and safety.

Very cozy. Comfortable sitting. Safe. All sises of washers. A lot of space for doing laundry. Clean.

Very good Dexter washers and dryers, a lot of new top washers. All conveniences - restroom, TV, free internet, next door food store. Looks clean and nice.

I am glad, I found H & H Laundromat. It is decent and safe. I noticed, only people who made scandals here and were asked to leave, wrote bad reviews.

H & H Laundromat is the best. Good service, low prices, safe, clean and convenient. Drop-off, if I need.

This H & H Laundromat is light and comfortable. I can sit and watch TV or work with internet (it is free here). I know that can get help at any moment if I don't understand something about machine's operating. I think,it is the best laundry shop in town.

I recently moved to Redding and checked all places for washing my clothes. Finally I have found H & H Laundromat, 241 Lake Blvd (next to Raley's food store).
No any one comes close to this quality of service. The place is big, have a lot of space for customers and their laundry. Plenty of washer options. Prices range: $1.75. $2:50, $2.75, $3.00, $4.00, $5.00 - from one load to 5 load's washers. Dryers are fast! All equipment is always clean and working great.
It is safe. Security cameras are in all locations of the facility. The attendant is always there, helping customers, very friendly.
TV and free Internet. Clean big restroom.
Very good management. There are some posted rules which make the place even more convenient and safe: parents should watch their kids, don't let them run around and play with equipment; change machine and restroom are only for customers; dryers - only for customers who washed there, so I don't have to stay in line with wet clothes; last load in at 6:30 PM, so I have time for finishing my laundry before 8:00 PM, when the shop is closed.
Only one inconvenient thing - it is closed on Thursdays, but it's open early - at 7 AM.

This laundromat is just wonderfu!
It has everything for comfortable and safe working: big and small washers, hot dryers, a lot of folding tables and carts, restroom, ,conveinient benches, magazines for reading, bulletin board,TV and movies for kids, free internet, security cameras.
Everything is clean and working good - the owners take care of it.
Nice attendant always can help you.
And the prices are low!

Friendly people and a nice place to do wash.

I have used this place every week for three summers and have never had a problem.
It's clean, the driers are hot, and it's reasonably priced.

Ruba, a manager, is friendly and helpful, although as a recent Russian emigre she is a little awkward at times.
The other gentleman who works there has been quite helpful. He even let me in to dry my clothes after hours when I had to leave earlier in the day for an emergency trip to Sacramento.

I've got here an exellent Drop Off service.
I am really appreciated - my clothes is always so clean and nice folded! I'm even going to send a gift for lady who does it, when I will come back home.

This is the best laundry service in Redding. All machines are working good and always clean. A lot of space and very convenient arrangement of the equipment. The owner – beautiful lady with nice smile and Russian accent - explains you how to use it. Prizes are very reasonable. I would like to be here and do my laundry again.

I am a regular customer of H & H Laundromat for a long time and I will never use anyone else.
The Laundromat is big, contains a lot of different kinds of washers, very hot dryers and a lot of space to do you laundry. There is no angry old man here anymore: his ex-wife, nice Russian lady, runs this business now. She recently bought new top-load washers addition to existing machines and keeps all equipment in good condition.

A friend of mine recommended me this place and after using it I just want to recommend H & H Laundromat to everybody.
It is very convenient: always attended, clean, all equipment are working good. If you don't know something - nice lady is here to help you.
She has a lot of different kinds of washers with different prices: from $1.75 (double load washer - for people who can't afford others, I think, it is only one in this town) to $5.50 (three biggest). Recently new top load washers were installed. A lot of dryers (big and hot) for 7 minutes/quarter.
That is truth - she never let anybody to mock at her machines, that is why all of them are in a good condition.
There are also for customers: big restroom, big TV (you can ask to change a channel), free internet; big parking lot, next door pizza, food store (Raley's), bank and so on. Very good for civilian people.
People who are not following a civilian rules, are not allowed to came here and it is very good for me.
The Laundromat is opened 6 days a week, from 7 AM till 8 PM. Do not come here on Thursday - it is closed on Thursdays!

Nice, clean and very good maintained. Bad reviews – only from bad parents who can not control their kids or from scandal makers.

H & H Laundromat at 241 lake Blvd. Compare to others this one is really the best. It is my favorite. Decent Laundromat for decent people. We, the regular customers, know each other and know the owner – she is here almost always, cleaning everything around us, fixing all problems. She is not young, but beautiful and has nice European accent. If you can talk to her, you will be surprised how interesting her life is. She recently bought a lot of new washers and her dryers are very good. Troublemakers sometimes come here, but she does not let them being rude or creating scandals or scamming money - she ask them to leave. And we, the customers, always help her.

The owner is worst ever business owner ever! Rude, Ridiculous! Her ex-husband is much better owner! Would NEVER go back! She had washer & dryer problems! And she blamed this on client! The lady is VERY rude at kids! When the washer & dryer had problems, she refused to refund, instead, blame the problem on clients! WORST business owner ever!!! NEVER GO BACK!!!

We are senior couple, using H & H Laundromat once a week. We know the lady who runs this business and we are here because she is here, not only because her Laundromat is good. She creates home style atmosphere, let us to do our laundry in nice, clean and quiet place, using free internet.

If I could give this place no stars I would, the lady that runs that place is so rude. My two year old son touched a washing machine she came up to me and told me if I couldn't control my child I had to go somewhere else to do laundry, all he did was touch it. She hates children and is very rude and disrespectful. I will NEVER go back there again.

The old Russian woman that owns and runs this place is one of the most rudest and unpleasant people I have ever met. I've had enough of her and will never go back. She deserves to go out of business.

The lady running this place was so rude! NEVER have I had someone mistreat my daughter the way she did!! If a business HATES kids put a sign that says kids not welcome!! I will NEVER come here again!!!
