Been going there for 3 years and the guy running it today was very rude and even followed my friend and myself out in the parking lot to yell at us at our car.

I won't go there again! I have used this laundromat at least 5 times, it is was conveniently located and very clean. But during my last visit, I observed the man running the place being very rude and out of hand with a female customer. She had left clothes in a washer for a few minutes too long for his standards. He said another customer had approached him and asked if she could use that washer. He was speaking in a loud, aggressive, rude voice, telling the lady that she was 'costing him money". She tried to explain and apologize, she remained calm and polite, but he would not let it go! He finally told her to get her clothes and get out! He could have just given her a warning politely. He was totally out of hand and I was disturbed by his treatment of her to the point where I will never go there again. HE cost himself money, she is kicked out, embarrassed unnecessarily, and was unable to finish her laundry, and I will never spend money there again either! This is not how you treat customers!

Never again will i go to this laundromat. Each and everytime I have gone to this place the old lady who either works there or owns the place always seems to find an excuse to bicker at me. I have been there 3 times and every time I walk in a feel the negatity coming straight from her. She has rudely told me that I Couldnt put blankets in the small washer, and she began taking my clothes out of the washer when i was out at my car grabbing something, and freaked out when she saw me showing my son how to put a quarter in the washer ( and my sons not even 2) she told me that my son was going to get too excited so I shouldn't do it. The reason I go here is for the fact that it's clean. I do not enjoy being watched over like a hawk when I'm doing nothing wrong. Even when my son is with me I keep a close eye on him. Im just a normal person trying to finish my laundry and not get harassed. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone!
