The staff and doctors were extremely helpful, concerned, knowledgeable, considerate, and very professional. I applaud the entire staff for making my visit pleasant.

From the time we walked in, until the time we left, everyone was so friendly. They had us back in a room within minutes. They took great care of my teenaged daughter and made sure she was comfortable the whole time. We were in and out so much faster than an ER, and we walked out with a prescription in hand, no extra stops!

I have been to several different urgent care facilities in my life, and I can honestly say that this is the best I have ever been to. Not only were they kind, caring, and professional; but not having insurance was not a problem. They were willing to work with me to make sure I got the care that I needed without worrying about how I would pay for it all. They did all of the necessary tests and treatments and allowed me to do a payment plan. The staff and doctors were incredible and I would continue to use this service as well as refer my friends and family if they need care.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. They were able to answer all of our questions and help us get in and out in just a few hours.

The staff was extremely helpful and efficient. I was a walk in, and still only there an hour. I had x-rays and a plan of care within that hour. The nurses and doctor were nice and clear with everything to care for my injury. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Great people and friendly. Most of all, they took care of me in a timely manner.

Incredible care from Dr.s Clay,Brown and Spire. Truly cares about the patient and includes patient in plan of care. Competent staff throughout the process. A breath of fresh medical air.

No wait. Super friendly and caring. The staff was all very helpful and my 4 year old left feeling better and with spiderman stickers! The doctor took time to answer all of my questions...would visit again!

Awesome service! Staff was welcoming and really cared. Got a shot for my poison ivy really quick. Got my meds, and I was in and out! I will be back in the future if another sudden health issue arises!

This was my first time visiting this place and it was a great experience. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The place was very clean and new looking. I would definitely recommend it and will be back in the future if necessary!

This place is awesome! My son fell on the playground at school. They got my son in immediately, gave him an X-ray, some ibuprofen for pain, and a splint within 45 minutes. While they were splinting his arm, they were calling around to orthopedists to make an appointment for a cast. Everyone was so great!

I visited this urgent care for the first time. The girl at the desk was very friendly and the nurse, Blair, that initiated my visit was equally as friendly. The doctor came in shortly, assessed my symptoms, told me what was wrong and asked if I wanted him to give me a prescription or just give me the medicine before I left. I was so very thankful that I didn't need to make another stop! The whole process was very convenient, fast, and much more hospitable than if I'd gone to my own doctor. I would recommend this urgent care!

Very professional! Got something in my eye and they got it out and gave me antibiotics. Much quicker than going to the ER.

Very pleased with my visit. There was no waiting and the girl doing the intake was very efficient. The paramedic & Dr. Wadsworth were both very professional and had a caring attitude.

I hurt my wrist at work and since it was a new job I didn't want to take off. I went to Urgent Care on my lunch break (I get an hour lunch) and was back to work only 10 minutes late. They took x-rays and found I had a sprang wrist so they put it in a brace. I had an ear ache also so they took a look at my ear and I had an ear infection, so they gave me a shot for my ear. I'm still in the brace but my ear is fine now. They were very efficient and thorough. Very nice people also. Thank you

I didn't have a wait at all. I did my paper work and was taken back to my room and was seen very quickly. Everyone there was very nice and sufficient. Thank you for everything.

No wait. Clean. Everything is new. Concerned about completing care properly and to my satisfaction.
