I was seen right away by a tech and then a doctor.

Did an exam and prescribed the meds that I needed.

We were very impressed with this urgent care. The building was immaculate. The staff was personable and attentive. I felt like I mattered to them. Thank you, you are my choice if I ever need to use urgent care in the future.

This is a great addition to the St. Charles area! Beautiful new facility, the entire staff was friendly, courteous, and most important, professional. I felt I was in excellent hands. Ericka put me in a room immediately (I WAS lucky go on a slow day), asked questions, and took x-rays carefully with regard to my pain. Dr. Graves set my mind at ease after examining me (I had been knocked to the ground when hit by a car in a parking lot), gave me an RX for pain and a list of further instructions. I am happy to have this close-to-home urgent-care center for ALL future needs !!! Thanks to all.

My husband was very ill (coughing, lost hearing, weak) and his daughters checked internet for urgent care since this was a Saturday. The two close to us had bad reviews and yours had all 5 stars. We were taken care of immediately, in and out with x-ray in 30 minutes with diagnosis of pneumonia. Was happy there was a real doctor there (Dr. Spire) and all 4 people we interacted with were kind and helpful, answering all questions. Have already recommended it to several and am so happy we have found a place to go on Saturday and Sunday and after hours. Was surprised they called us 3 days later to follow up. You could not find a better urgent care facility.

I had to go here because my daughter needed to get stitches. Everyone was very friendly and great with my terrified daughter. I would not hesitate to go back at all!

Dr. Powers and the staff at Total Access Urgent Care are top notch!! They are very professional yet they make you feel very cared for. I didn't feel like they were just trying to treat my symptoms, Dr. Powers wanted to get to the root of the problem. I appreciated the time and effort he put into my care. I will recommend Total Acces to all my family and friends.����
