I never had the opportunity to have braces when I was younger, so when it was time for my children to be evaluated. I only wanted the very best for them. A friend and neighor recommended Dr. Nancy Tilkin to us. We have been with her practice 4 years. My son had a complex overbite, etc. The staff was exceptionally kind to him and patient even when he was not always compliant. As he matured he paid heed to their recommendations and now has his braces off and looking fantastic. Your relationship with your orthodontist is as good as your compliance. My daughter always followed directions and was out of her braces much sooner. Thank you Dr. Tilkin and your patient staff for a smile a parent can be truly proud of!

The orthodontists and staff are 1st rate. They are patient and caring. We went from a child with a severe under-bite and teeth all over the place to an amazing smile. She never complained about going to her visits (which were many - first an orthodontic appliance – a few braces – referral for oral surgery - a 2nd orthodontic appliance – full set of braces – and now retainers). The staff members are always so caring and kind. We never feel that our child is having unnecessary work or visits.

Thanks to Drs. DeMarco & Tilkin I dont have to hide my smile anymore. Making the choice to get braces at this point in my life (my 30s, thats all Im telling) has been life changing. I had no idea how much I let my smile hold me back in social and professional situations. Drs. Demarco & Tilkin and their staff really went above and beyond to help me achieve the best smile this girl could ever want. If youre an adult and considering braces, I highly recommend Drs. DeMarco and Tilkin. Braces arent just for kids. I cannot believe I waited this long.

I had braces with Drs. DeMarco and Tilkin. My smile was completely straightened. The staff there is friendly and treats you like family. Dr. Tilkin worked on my braces personally and I couldn't ask for a better smile. After I had my braces removed I was given a retainer to make sure my teeth remained straight. I wore my retainer nightly and my teeth remained straight.

I thought the staff was really nice. Dr. Tilkin was very nice and she explained the need for my daughter to have braces. The office was very clean and organized. It seems that they manage many patients with a good work flow. We were in and out within an hour. I felt we were given the necessary time and attention.

I went for a consultation for one of my children.The appointment started on time. The office was clean and nicely decorated. Dr. Demarco saw us herself. She was very personable and patient.

Explained everything to my child in a way that they could understand and answered all our questions.

I enjoy getting my braces worked on.
I have fun with the colors.
I like talking to the staff about school, sports and my pets.
