All my life I had crooked teeth and finally decided to get braces in my 40's.The staff was courteous and professional and I was in and out quickly as I am a busy professional. The results are wonderful and the process took a shorter time than expected. Thanks to Drs. Tilkin and Demarco I now have the confidence and beautiful straight teeth I always wanted.

The dentists are super friendly. Mimi was very helpful to me when I was nervous and scared.. She really helped me a lot. We love this office. I always have a good experience here.

We come here for 2 patients worth of work. We always enjoy our visits from the front desk & financial staff to the excellent friendly technicians who have gone out of their way to accommodate us when needed. The doctors have been unfailingly nice, cheerful, and fun to work with. The care received is excellent the results are superb, and I recommend this practice to everyone

While I love the dentists, I am displeased with certain staff. At our last visit, I caught 2 staff members "whispering" about my child. They were 3 feet in front of me and I guess they thought I couldn't hear them making unprofessional and judgmental statements about him and his teeth. I glared at the staff person and she eventually stopped. The situation almost had me in tears. If it ever happens again, we will be leaving the practice ASAP. Fortunately my child wasn't in earshot.

A rare combination of exceptional service and talented professionals. I highly recommend this practice for both pediatric and adult othodentia care.

Excellent technicians, very organized office, great with patients but really expensive. I chose this practice for my daughter because they were rated the best by Washingtonian Magazine. We were new to the area and didn't want to take a chance on a less well known provider. Our daughter already had braces and was supposed to be halfway through her phase 1 plan. However, we seem to be paying for a full phase 1 treatment plan all over again. Money isn't everything but it should be noted. Aside from the cost issue, 5 stars! 10 stars!

They are a very talented group where a person can go with dental issues and be assured you will receive excellent orthodontic results. The staff are well trained giving professional, friendly assistance.

Hands down the best environment! From the moment you walk in, to the time you leave. Professional, courteous, and efficient! Love Both Docs!

Dr. Demarco is wonderful, as well as her staff! I am beyond satisfied with my teeth. Dr. Demarco and her staff were very caring and attentive to my needs. The technicians are experienced. I emphasized that I needed my braces off by a certain time due to the fact that I was relocating and Dr. Demarco did everything in her power to ensure that it happened. It's easy to make appointments and the staff is easy to talk to. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because initially I was working with Dr. tilkin and I felt that she wasn't as caring or concerned as Dr. Demarco. I do recommend requesting to work with Dr. Demarco!

Great Job .

As a healthcare professional, I am very picky about my medical care and the care of my kids. I interviewed a few orthodontists and chose Drs. Tilken and DeMarco for my daughter's braces. We have been seeing them for 1.5 years and have only had excellent experiences. The all-female practice runs so smoothly - we never even have to sit in the waiting room - they call us back right away every time. They have enough appointments after school so my daughter has hardly missed any school. The staff is friendly and the Drs. are extremely competent. Mimi and Kathy always make my daughter laugh and make the quick visits entertaining. We have had to schedule a couple of urgent visits and they saw us right away and greeted us with smiles. I highly recommend this practice and will return with my second child later this year.

My family has and had braces at Drs. DeMarco and Tilkin's office and I just wanted to let everyone know how professional and courteous they are. I have three beautiful children with gorgeous smiles thanks to both Dr. DeMarco and Dr. Tilkin. My husband and I were so taken by the transformation in our children's smiles that we both decided to have braces too! They worked with our insurance and helped make treatment affordable. Not only is the treatment fabulous, this office makes sure you get what you want for a value. Everyone is so nice and cheerful there!
