I do want to say, this is my first time, not only with this company, but with this kind of service. In the past, I have normally lived in apartments, so I never had to worry about this kind of situation. Then came Aptive. There service and technicians, are wonderful and informative people. The technician that came to my house, Mr. Rodriguez, was very understanding and knowledgeable. Froilan, let me know what to expect. He also asked if I had any concerns. I did inform him, that I did, and what did he do... he made sure, that my concern was meet and token care of, with no problems.
At the same time, I do want to apologize for taking so long to leave a comment. Situation came up, that I was not able to do so.
But I will be keeping Aptive, as my go to people. And letting other know about them.

just got serviced and they sent a very nice guy come over help me, nice attitude and custom service, the money is worth!

The service tech was very courteous and professional. I contracted with them to control wasps who build nests in the eaves of my house that I can't reach.
