Called for a quote, Jeff reviewed and gave a quote to fit our needs, not the biggest and best. Billy was our installer, he talked over what he was going to do, was very polite, informative and professional. He also took the time to explain any questions I had. I feel like I belong to a family and not a company which is quite an accomplishment in today's world. I would highly recommend Holland Heating & Air Conditioning.

Matt and Aaron installed my central air unit on 8/3/16. As hot as it was they worked hard all day to make sure I had air in my home. When completed they cleaned up their mess completely before leaving. Both gentleman were very polite! Would definitely recommend Holland Heating!!

Andy and Scott P. Installed our new air conditioner and furnace on a particularly hot day, yesterday. They were extremely polite and worked and worked until the job was done. They left the furnace area cleaner than they found it. It took them about 10 hours to remove our old furnace and air conditioner and install the new ones. I know they must've taken a break during those 10 hours, but I honestly never saw them take a break! They did a fantastic job and I would recommend this company to everyone!

Had Holland Heating and Cooling install a new air conditioner today. Their installers, TJ and Ted were fantastic! Talked over the project with me and started work right a way. They were polite and professional. I would recommend Holland Heating and Cooling to everyone, great price, great service and great technicians.

TJ installed a new air conditioning unit at my home. He arrived promptly, introduced himself and immediately set to work taking apart the old unit. He took the time to show me the damage and how best to avoid it happening in our new unit. (Chipmunks and wasps had damaged the wires which then shorted out and starting a small fire. Since it was an older unit, I decided to purchase a new one.)



TJ worked steadily (on a very hot day), did not make a mess inside or outside my home. He even put in a new thermostat which he felt I needed since the old one was somewhat loose, without an additional cost.



When finished, TJ took all the metal and trash with him and even locked the back door to our garage without being asked. I recommend using Holland Heating & Air Conditioning and specifically asking for TJ as the service representative.

We called for a quote to get our Central Air replaced. They came out the same day and told us they could come out at the beginning of the week and get it done. They were fair priced, quick to come out, and made our house cooler again. Scott H and Nick were the technicians and they were very friendly and professional. You couldn't even tell they were there after the job was done; everything was picked up. It was in the mid 90's temperature wise and even though they were sweating, they still had smiles on their faces.

TJ and Brandon installed our new furnace today, and they were very friendly and did not leave a mess.

on a random visit to Home Depot, I was approached by a representative for Holland Heating. Because my A/C was 20 years old, I agreed to set up a free visit to discuss my options. The visit was not high pressure, just a discussion regarding my home needs, efficiency benefits, and financing options.

The visit went well, and I decided to replace my furnace as well.

We took care of the financing that night, and two days later, the units were installed.

The install crew of Matt and Josh were excellent. They made sure all my concerns, and questions, were addressed and answered.

All in all, I received quality expert service, and obtained great financing painlessly.

They did such a awesome job replacing the AC unit at Community Podiatry Group Flint Michigan. Aaron and John were very friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. We are so appreciative that they were able to get us in the schedule right away to get service. Thanks again Holland Heating and Cooling We will use them again in the future for any heating and cooling needs.

We scheduled 4 appointments with competitors and after meeting each company we chose Holland Heating to install central air conditioning for us. A luxury we saved up for. A decision we took our time with and I must say that I am extremely pleased with Holland Heating-mostly because of the installation experience and great customer service Roger the technician extended. He made sure we understood how the unit operated and took extra time to offer his recommendations and best practices for caring for our new equipment. Thank you Holland Heating and thanks Roger!

Just had new AC installed, Aaron and Josh were very professional and friendly. They would explain things as they went along doing their job. When they were done, the wiring, duct work and drainage was neater and positioned better than the original.

It's nice to have people who take pride in their work.

Very good experience, starting with Jeff our salesperson, to the installers Damon and Ted. They al new what they were doing, and were very kind and couretiest when telling us about the product and service. They answered all the questions asked to the best of their knowledge. Damon & Ted are very good installers and people, they took their time when doing the work, like they were installing our central air into their own homes! They handled any problems professionally, and made sure it was OK with me before doing anything. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for any type of heating and air work! I had a new furnace and A/C installed on 5-10-16 and I couldn't be happier. The technicians, Damon and Scott P., were beyond amazing. Fast, friendly and very professional! Highly recommended.

We had a new Lennox furnace and new water tank/pan installed on 4/122016 and we are very pleased with Holland Heating and A/C. The technicians Billy and Niven worked very well together. They left the place clean after the install and they walked us thru, step by step, what they were doing and what we needed to know about our new purchase. When time comes for a new A/C, I'm asking for Billy and Niven to be the techs they send out.

Holland Heating came directly to our home, did a evaluation and gave us a price on a new energy efficient furnace. We signed the papers and they said they could begin installation the next day!! And as a real bonus to us, they sent two fantastic furnace installers, TJ and JOSH. They were courteous, kind, hardworking and VERY Knowledgable. TJ and JOSH did superior work and we highly recommend them! We're impressed! A QUOTE, TO INSTALLATION IN 24 HRS!!!

I had a great experience with Holland! I spoke to Brett several times for a quote for an air conditioner replacement. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Damon and Ted did the install and they were amazing. Professional and nice, they took the time to explain every thing they completed. I won't hesitate to call Holland again when I need anything serviced.

What a super experience. Scott and Aaron were on time, courteous, mindful of our carpets, professional, and very patient in explaining not only what they were doing but why and where. They also worked seven and a half hours straight, no breaks. If we owned a business like this, these are the types of employees we would want. Also, Jim W., in explaining the advantages of a new furnace and air conditioner was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Yesterday April 6, Neil Castle, came out for a problem I was having. He solved it and last night I got the best sleep in a month. Thank you so much Neil for helping me out. Well appreciated.
