We chose Holland Heating and Cooling because we liked what Jeff Lee had to say. He was so confident in the brand of the water heating system, in the technicians who would be installing and in Holland's customer service. He was knowledgeable of the whole process starting with product information, installation, then, to care in the following years. Jeff even worked with us on a financing deal, on the phone, in the evening, from his home! Both technicians, Cliff and Bob were friendly, proficient and took pride in their work. Some work was done in the crawl space. Talented guys- plumbers, electricians, AND gas pipe fitters. Placement and configuration of plumbing looks neat and efficient. We are pleased with the way it was stalled and looks in the utility closet. The work area was cleaned up. Electrical, gas piping, outside venting, unit installation, permit if required, and removal of old equipment was included in this very affordable (good price!) purchase. We have heard about and expect energy $$$ savings from this appliance.
We had the unit installed today, Feb. 22, 2018, job# HD802221, so no product review on the gas NAVIEN NR210A, Condensing Water Heater (heating hot water as you use it). It replaces the traditional hot water tank.

Damon and Josh came and replaced my furnace on 1/17/18. Job #RA801172. They removed my old furnace and installed a new one and stayed to make sure everything was working before they left. They also installed a new thermostat. I’m very happy and warm. Thank you.

On Jan. 16, Holland Heating sent Bart and Andrew to our residence to replace our furnace after it quit working. The young men were very professional and courteous and did a fine installation. RA801167.

Matt and Josh were our installers on 11/21/17 (job #RA711212). They arrived timely and did an excellent job installing our new furnace, which including having to adjust the venting. They were very personable and professional. We are very happy with our new furnace and the install done by Holland Heating.

Matt and Nick came very quickly (the next day) and did a great job installing the generator and base. They took great care to put the excess dirt in a good spot and left everything in great shape. Very happy with their work.

In July my central air conditioner broke. Out of the 3 estimates, Holland Heating and Cooling gave us the cheapest. The technicians, TJ and Brandon (job# RA707182), came to our house 7/19/17. They were polite, knowledgeable and were able to overcome difficulties due to a poor previous installation. They were very clean and tidy and I didn't have to clean after them. Sadly to say that our furnace broke in nearly December, so we again called Holland. They responded quickly and figured out the problem. They sent Brad and Nevin (job# RA711286) on 11/28/17, to resolve the issue. Again they were courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend hands down to using Holland Heating and Cooling!

We had to have our hot water tank replaced. It went out on Thanksgiving day and they sent a technician out that day to give us two quotes one for gas and one for electric tank. Billy came and installed the electric tank. For job #RA711279 . Billy had to remove old tank, put down new sub floor, install new tank and do the electrical wiring. Billy was a very polite technician he put drop cloths down through the house and vacuumed when he was finished. Billy answered all my questions. Billy informed us before shutting off the water, capping off old gas line. He showed me how to turn off water going into water tank and how to shut off power to the water tank. Thank you again Billy.

Aaron and Josh did a great job on #RA711090. They cleaned up a job that was poorly done from another company.

Matt and S. Piper did an outstanding job installing
our new high efficiency Rheem furnace (HD710235). From relocating the existing condensate lines (which were unsightly and a trip hazard) to quickly and CORRECTLY installing our furnace to troubleshooting and correcting a problem with the existing humidifier which had been wired incorrectly by a different company - they paid close attention to every detail of the install job and answered all of our questions regarding the furnace. Extremely courteous technicians! Also did fantastic job while in cleaning up afterwards. Would use Holland and their technicians again without any hesitation.

We were very pleased with there price for a new furnace and air
condition. The installers, Todd, Nick and Aaron were VERY professional and knew there job. They worked very well together.
They put drop cloth runners down before starting there work and picked them up each night and took away all the trash. You want to do business with Holland Heating
