Billy and Matt installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit on 6/7/17 RA706078. They arrived on time and did a great job. They were very pleasant and professional. The air conditioning works very well.

TJ and Nick HD 706081 on 6-23-17 were exceptional in stalling our 2 units. They both went beyond our expectations in making sure we had the right units, the right placement, and staying in contact with us when the second unit wasn't delivered when it should have been.
They didn't take for granted that the unit would come in instead worked hard getting the first unit working so we had some air conditioning while waiting for the 2nd unit. With installers like this on board I'm sure your company will continue to secede. Plus the instillation was done in a timely manner with little or no interruption to the house hold and installed with great dedication to workmanship..When I recommend your company to friends I will make sure they ask for TJ and Nick for the instillation. Damon and Scott did a wonderful job especially with the challenges they had to deal with at the job site. They were friendly and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. They answered questions as well.

Had TJ and Nick out from Holland Heating to install a new furnace they arrived at their appointed time and install the equipment professionally and above expectations. They answered all my questions and brief me on how to operate the new equipment. The scheduling lady Lisa was very helpful and friendly discussing my insulation and what to expect. 5/23/17

Excellent service. Installation took longer than they expected but they took their time and did a super job without cutting corners. Old furnace and rusty duct work replaced with new. They did a walk around to make sure we knew what was done and how to use the new system. Brad and Nevin kept us informed through the whole process. Mike W. - TJ and Nick did a fantastic job installing my my new A/C unit on 5/3/17. They had to rip out the old and retro fit the new and were there from sun up to sundown making sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend their work to anyone. They take a lot of pride in their work!!

Bart and Jacob did a great job of removing my old furnace and
air conditioner and installing the new units. They also cleaned up
real good. I also appreciated the reinstalling of the humidifier on the new unit.

Bart and Andrew were top notch. They were very professional! It was obvious that they took pride in their work. They were friendly and informative. Bart made sure all my questions were answered as well as explaining how all the accessories (thermostat, humidifier, and filter system) worked. They cleaned up all areas that they worked in prior to leaving. A very satisfying experience, starting with Bob at Home Depot, then Doug during the estimate, and finally with Bart and Andrew. I recommend Holland Heating to all who need Furnace/AC replacement.

Had a new furnace put in yesterday - 4/14/2017. Very pleased!! The technicians - Todd and Brandon - did a great job. Billy & Josh were our technicians today while installing our new Honeywell 9kw generator, job # HD704122 on 4/12/2017. They were wonderful, clean, and very considerate of our dogs. They were very knowledgeable and Holland Heating should be proud to have these men representing their company. This is our first experience with Holland Heating & Cooling and would highly recommend them to anyone.

On April 6th my power went out at 6:17pm. I counted to 30 expecting my generator to kick in. It didn't. I called Holland Heating and Cooling expecting to get an answering machine since it was after 6 pm, to my amazement I actually reached a live person. I explained that I had a brand new generator installed last October and I was without power and the generator did not kick in I gave her my information and she stated that a tech would call me soon. Within 10 minutes Neil Castle was calling me. He was finishing a job and would come as soon as he was finished. When Neil arrived it was getting dark, cold, windy and snowing. He checked it out and said the battery was dead. At this point it was late after 8pm I thought for sure he would have to come back tomorrow but instead he asked if we had an auto zone in town which we do and off he went to get me a battery. I don't know very many people like Neil he came back installed the battery and I had power. Neil is a very good tech. I am completely satisfied with his service. I would say he went way beyond my expectations.

Technicians Brad and Nevin came out on 4/5/17 and installed my new air conditioner job# (RA704056). The job was done in a very timely matter. The Techs were also very helpful in answering all my questions. I was extremely happy with the installation and their knowledge of the product.
