From our initial in-home consult with Jeff to the installation process from start to finish of our whole home Generac generator on June 6, 2022 we were very satisfied. We would definitely recommend Holland Heating and Cooling to others looking for a reputable company with great customer service and reliable, friendly, knowledgeable service technicians who in our case were Billy and Austin who went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and to our satisfaction and took great care to clean up their work area and were respectful of our home and property. The electricians who worked in conjunction with them were also very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in making sure all of the wiring was connected properly to run the generator efficiently. We definitely feel we made the right choice with Holland Heating and Cooling ~ Loren and Michele C ~ (#RA206066)

The team did a great job getting the generator set up and walking me through the process on the day of install. They took off their boots and laid down drop cloths to ensure my house stayed clean. Brandon is great at what he does, but would be a first class consultant. He is honest and made several recommendations that made me feel more comfortable that the job was done right. If you are looking for a generator, I highly recommend asking for Brandon as your consultant.

We have used Holland Heating & Cooling for years. We always have them perform a spring and fall maintenance/check up. This spring, we decided to finally upgrade our furnace and air conditioner units. The salesman Rick did an awesome job helping us pick out the units that best fit the dimensions of our home and budget. It was completely installed in 1 week. The technicians Andy and Travis arrived when scheduled, were professional and courteous. They did a great job on the installation, going above and beyond. They actually fixed and/or adjusted existing hardware like humidifier, duct work and high power air cleaner that had been installed by others to give the new equipment the best installation. Would definitely recommend Holland Heating & Cooling.

Our experience with Holland was smooth and satisfying. They provided a clear quote for service and scheduled installation as soon as possible. John V installed a new air conditioner where the old one, taken away by the house's previous owner, had been, and fixed part of the furnace. The Sales Rep, Rick, did a great job explaining the Generac unit and what to expect during installation. The install crew, Brendan, Eli, John, and John did a first class job. They explained the operation of the unit and answered all my questions. Very satisfied with Holland's service.

They were punctual, friendly and very efficient. When they were through Kevin explained how my new system worked.

Steven Dosen and crew were professional and polite during the install of my generator on 03/30/22( Job # H0203243). They worked quickly and had the job done by the end of the day.

On March 24, 2022, I had combo boiler installed. The technicians Billy and Taylor were very professional and demonstrated a high degree of product knowledge. Very happy I found this company was without heat for several days. Got ripped off by ameriasheild $400. This companies technician was here very quick within just over an hour. Fixed everything showed me cracked igniter and brought me some filters at extra cost but needed them badly. I’m so happy they are so fairly priced especially with the cost of everything going up. If my mom says it’s a good price then that a great compliment because she’s very frugal lol. I’m relieved this is fixed and I understood I think I have found my homes heating and cooling needs for life. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Our hats off to the entire crew at Holland Heating and Cooling, but especially Frank Dusen on Job #HD202082 on February 8th at our house. They showed up on time, explained exactly what would take place, and over the next 4-5 hours, 6 or so installers, went to work. They were continually polite as they entered and exited our home and once the unit was properly installed, they demonstrated how it worked and my responsibilities down the road. Again 10 stars for Holland Heating and Cooling!!!

Brandon and Austin did a great job. They were prompt and courteous. They cleaned up everything after they installed my furnace. They checked everything after they installed it and notice there was a problem. They got right to work and stayed till they got it resolved. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I have used Holland Heating for 17 years.

Michael and Taylor were the main workers taking out my 30+ year old furnace and air conditioner and doing a full install. They showed up promptly and worked for a solid 9 hours. They went though the new setup, and answered all the questions that I had. I got heat back in time for another Michigan cold snap!
