I had Holland Heating & Air Conditioning install a new 3-ton Rheem air conditioner yesterday. the two installers, Bran & Nevin, were very good. they arrived on-time and put down floor protection to where the were working in the finished basement. They explained the new system and cleaned up after the job was done. I am very happy with the installation.

This is a 5 star company that takes the greatest care to make sure the job is done right. Very professional and customer friendly employees. On time to the minute. Service 24/7.

The sales rep Charlie was amazing, knowledgeable and gave us a lot of options. The technician team of Bart, Jeff, Nick, Josh & Eli were amazing, polite, professional and very efficient. We had a whole house generator installed on 2-12-19 (Tech Piper-JR, Terry) Job # 902121. They were very professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to friends and family. They did call prior to there arrival letting us know they were on their way and they show up on time ready to work.

We initially worked with Holland Heating & Air Conditioning when we had our furnace and central air conditioning installed in 2008. The experience was totally positive and we are very pleased not only with the product but the continued customer service for annual cleaning and checkups. This week we found ourselves in a situation with needed to replace our hot water heater. We didn't think twice about who to call. Holland H&C Staff came on Wednesday 2/5/19. After a thorough diagnosis, Chris was very honest with what our options were. A repair was not out of the question, however, it was a better economical choice to replace the water heater. The installation was scheduled for today 2/8/19. Cliff arrived on time, went right to work, and was very communicative about what he would be doing and if he needed anything from us to complete the job. Cliff (RA902084) did a super job. We hardly knew he was in the house. Two additional staff came later to assist with removing the old hot water heater and bringing in the new one. Within 45 minutes at most, the job was complete! Cliff did an excellent job of explaining the features of the new hot water heater, the reliability of it on the market and the service we should expect to have with the new water heater. I highly recommend Holland H&C to anyone in need of quality products, expert, professional and friendly technicians in the area of heating and cooling. They are a top-flight company and their reputation precedes them most deservedly.

I had a central furnace, central a/c, and mini-split system installed to meet the HVAC needs of my new home - and I was very impressed with the knowledge and dependability of the two technicians throughout the process (Andy & Bob!) who were responsible for completing my job (RA808221). They are top-notch and I am very happy with my purchase!

Our furnace quit heating on Monday, 1-21-2019 and I called Holland heating to have it checked out. The service reps were came and inspected the 30+year old furnace with in 3 hours. they found a cracked heat exchanger. the cost to repair such an old furnace, if they could find the parts amounted to too much money to repair that old of furnace. they set us up to get a new furnace installed the next morning. Mike and JR arrived the next morning and installed the new furnace. (job order RA901224). They had the new furnace installed and running by that afternoon. They showed me how to operate and maintain the new furnace and cleaned the area up cleaner than than it was before. I am very pleased with their installation. Lee

Furnace replacement on 1/22/19 by Josh N, Nick, Andrew, and JR (job# RA901215). The technicians arrived on time, informed me of plans, and worked in very cold conditions without complaints. All were courteous and diligent throughout. Will definitely use Holland heating again!!

I decided on Central Air after struggling with window units for years. I called Home Depot and they referred Holland Heating and Cooling. The men Josh N, JR and Terry Job# 0901186 were extremely professional and certainly knew what they were doing. They installed my unit on 1/18/19. Yes, I live in Mi but it was the best time to install as this was their slow time. They walked me thru my concerns on placement as I knew little on this and they did it with kindness. I would suggest this company to everyone.

When we needed our 40 year old, inefficient furnace replaced, we looked for the company with the highest customer ratings and it was Holland Heating & Air Conditioning. Jeff the salesman thoroughly explained all our options and pricing down to the penny. The installation technicians, Billy and Michael (HD901183) were very personable and completed their work 3 hours sooner than I was expecting. They showed me their work and how to operate and maintain our new furnace. I highly recommend Holland Heating!

When my furnace went out I called Holland Heating. They sent out a repairman right away. My 27 year old Lennox furnace needed to be replaced. They gave me a fair price for a new one with affordable financing. The next morning on 1/12/19 Mike and Jeff (job #RA901121) showed up to install my new Lennox. They were friendly and efficient finishing the project in 3 hours. This was not my first experience with Holland and wont be my last. Great company, great people and good prices.

The Guys Brad, Nevin and Bob (Job# RA812275 on 12-27-18) was completed with expertise, courtesy, professionalism etc. This was a great team that worked very well together. The service technicians Andy. John were the most helpful and friendly guys when they came to the house. Damon and Piper were also very friendly. From start to finish this company did a great job, Charlie, our sales rep was informative and very kind. He made sure we understood the process. The installers were awesome. They also explained everything about our new generator and cleaned-up after they were done. I would highly recommend this company. They also gave us a great deal on other products purchased. We plan on getting a service contract. It is hard to find people who are friendly and professional. Our technicians, Piper, Aaron, Mark and John were awesome.

I have used this company in the past (had central air installed a year ago), so when my furnace needed to be replaced, Holland was my first call. I had a new furnace installed 11/30/18, Job #RA811304 by technicians Nevin and Brad, and it has been running great since. Looks much better than the old unit and is also much quieter. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable, and we are very happy with our latest experience with Holland Heating and Air.
