I choose Sunlight do to the high positive reviews and talking with others who had used them b4. Communication was great the owner Mr. Ira Bosh kept me up to date with all info answered all my questions and also followed through with everything to the end. The people he had come out was very professional and did a outstanding job Cory was the man who was put in charge and he did a great job. I just wanted to say to the sunlight crew thank u for being great people and really going be young the call of duty to make sure I was very satisfied u just don't find that kind of service anymore.

We have a significant moisture problem under our home. The main part of the house is over 100 yrs old. It started with reports from various companies (termite inspector, AC serviceman, etc.) . We met a man who had used Sunlight for a similar problem. We contacted Ira Bosh and who had our home inspected the same day. Right now we are in the middle of repairs. We have a problem not only with moisture, but also with damaged wood, a very serious problem. So far, every thing has gone will. There's still a lot of work to be done.

We decided to go with Sunlight Contractors because of their credentials and how thorough their contract is. They invited us to tour a home they sprayed so we could examine the quality of their workmanship. We were impressed that there was no nasty odor from off-gassing! Can't say the same for other companies we considered. Also, they use a quality foam that has a higher R value than other companies and they are not skimpy about applying it. Also, the owner is very responsive and is great to work with. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Our project is set for March 14-16, 2018 so I will update once our job has been completed.

Sunlight Contractors recently installed open-cell spray foam insulation in our attic. We immediately felt the difference in our home. The house is not as drafty and the heater comes on less frequently. The temperature in the attic is only a few degrees different than inside the house. It’s great to be able to store things in the attic again. The workmen were friendly and efficient for both the fiberglass removal and the foam installation. They came on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend Sunlight Contractors to my friends.

Within 5 days, I had my crawlspace dried out with a Industrial heater, 65 gallons of special paint applied and the promised thickness spray foam applied. All clean, all perfect. My new floors will be installed next week. Thank you Sunlight! I would recommend you to everyone!

Just had Sunlight Contractors blow Spray Foam Insulation in my up stairs attic. My up stairs has historically been either to hot in the summer or to cold in the winter. I have been in the attic several times since the install to check on the temperature. I am so impressed with how much cooler the attic is now that we have the Spray Foam Insulation. The upstairs air conditioner is not running all day long like it was in the past. They also had to remove all of the old fiberglass insulation before the install of the Spray Foam Insulation.. The crew that removed the old fiberglass insulation was friendly and did a quick and efficient job of removing all of the old unnecessary nasty fiberglass insulation. If you are considering Spray Foam Insulation for your home or business. I would highly recommend Sunlight Contractors.

Finally a company that sold me on the truth! Sunlight came in, performed the job as described, and from the moment we came home we could feel the difference! Not only was our home cooler than we had ever felt it the temperature was steadily dropping. This was money WELL SPENT. A++ for service!

Sunlight removed more than a house full of loose fill attic insultion from home. Did an outstanding job in really harsh, hot, and dirty conditions. After initial contact was made visit was timely to survey the two units requiring foam. When representative arrived they were on time and they were very knowledge on aspects their product. Additional information was sent to us on product details and process. The bid made with 3 days and the company has available for any additional questions or concerns we had before we accepted their bid. We finished our job today, crew was professional and helpful. We could feel the difference when we came into the house after the job was done. Foam is the way to go.

Definitely exceeded our expectations!
In 2015 we had Sunlight come out to install spray foam installation. In 2014 we had double pane insulated windows installed because everyone told us they would do the trick since our windows were over 40+ years old. The a/c never kicked off during the summer & the house stayed at 88 when the thermostat was set on 70. It would finally reach 70 at about 2 in the morning and would finally kick off for about 45 minutes and then it started all over again.
We received quotes from other companies but as their sales people came out it was a quick walk around the property & just throwing out a number. Sunlight came out and not only spent an inordinate amount of time with us but did a door blower test, walked around the property, went up into the attic, & told us the best avenue to take on the type of house that we have. They also explained all the different insulation's that were available and what would work well with our home. We had a two-car carport and everyone else was telling us the spray foam would have to be put over the carport area along with the living area. Sunlight told us it would be a waste of money and their suggestion was to put up to two walls of plastic and spray the insulation onto it and it would create a more secure insulated barrier.

The day of the insulation installation, they called & gave us an approximate time they would arrive, by mid afternoon they were done, cleaned up and out of there.

What is really fantastic is that my unit does not kick on hardly at all during the day. The house stays at 70 all day and it is very cool.

One thing I did notice about this company is whether you call them or send them an email, they respond back immediately, which in today's business environment that is usually unheard of. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job done and service after the installation at an affordable price.

Today we had our attic insulated with open foam insulation. All I can say is WOW! Ira and his team lead by Corey were extremely profession and knowledgeable. The installation was flawless! I can already feel the difference!

Once I spoke with Ira I was put at ease, his knowledge and information was right on and the best of all the quote he gave me was only $300.00 above what I'd guessed I would have to pay. Their wed site is full of compliments and contactual information. It was very reassuring reading reviews and helped to ease my mind about the job they would do for me.

I recently had insulation placed in my attic and under my house by Sunlight Contractors. I worked with the Elysian Fields office. Everyone was just wonderful. The customer service that i received from Ira Bosch was outstanding. He is professional and his knowledge is excellent. Also when you call the office, there are none of the dreaded phone trees as Ira picks up the phone and knows who you are. He also answers emails promptly. The work crew who came out were polite, courteous, and professional, and got straight to work. They did not waste any time. My house is holding its temperature much better, and it is considerably warmer and more comfortable, and the floors are also much warmer underfoot.

Sunlight started on our spray foam insulation project today. They arrived on time, prepared, and ready to go. The first thing they did was they protected the walls and floors with dropcloths, which we really appreciated. Then came the difficult task of getting all of the old insulation out of the attic, which included 50 year old bat, topped by 10 year old fiberglass, topped by 1 year old cellulose. Needless to say, not an easy job, especially with the limited amount of space up there. Ira's crew worked efficiently and effectively to get everything prepped for the upcoming install, and even cleaned up everything and laid out the area rugs before pulling out. Ira and the crew kept us updated on the progress throughout the day, and finished up everything perfectly. We cannot wait for the install to come in just a couple days! Thank you Ira!

Sunlight is starting on our insulation project tomorrow. We were referred to Ira by our A/C company, as they share some of the same clients, and everyone always spoke highly of them. I called Sunlight to inquire about their services, and Ira could not have been more helpful. He spent over 15 minutes explaining to me the different types of insulation, and also the benefits we would see from the spray foam. We discussed all of the AC problems we were having with condensation, and Ira described in great detail how each of the problems would be perfectly resolved with spray foam in the attic. He further sent me industry information about spray foam, including detailed videos and written distributions, which helped provide me with the data I needed to make the informed decision about what to do, and who would do it. Then, his employees came by the very next day to make a very thorough inspection. They were on time, clean, respectful, thorough, and took the time to look over everything so they had as much information as possible to make the best recommendation. This sealed the deal, and we arranged for the installation dates that very same day. We are very excited, and cannot wait to provide an update after the install is finished!

The crew from Sunlight Contractors were on time for the job. I love the way the foam seal every nook and crannie that was exposed. I'm very pleased with the work that was accomplished at my home. They were on time, very courtesy, did the work in a timely manner, they left the job site clean when finished, this is my first experience with the company and with foam, but it will not be the last, as a builder it is important to find good dependable contractors. I will use them again and I highly recommend them.

Great company to work with. Showed up on time and immediately went to work prepping for the spray foam. House actually looks great with insulation in. Haven't had a chance to use heating and cooling system because we are awaiting sheet rock insulation, but are looking forward to utility savings. Drafts have already been addressed and the house already feels better!
