This is by far the best spray foam company in the business, I've seen others work by nothing like this! From the start to the finish everything was professional. They are so knowledgeable about their product and they even provided material on it and about the company. Not many companies even provide anything. All of the crew who arrived at my house was very professional.

OK everyone, here is an update on the installation!....IT IS FINALLY COLD IN MY HOME!!!! Even the hottest room in my house is cool. Everything from start to finish was perfect. Ira is the most communicative contractor I have ever worked with. His crew is hands down the most organized and diligent group of professionals in this market. After the crew wrapped up, Cory did a walk through with me. The cleanup was great, and I got a "blower door" report. CUSTOMER SERVICE and CARE concerning the quality of life for the customer and families living in the home inspires Sunlight to be the BEST. I am SO glad I spent the money. It's been 1 day since Sunlight completed the work and the AC barely runs anymore.

Too many reviews comment on the work after it has been completed. But what about customer service? I never read reviews because the "srar rating" is enough for me. Until I met Ira with Sunlight. I have a new respect for customer service and for spray foam. Believe it or not, its actually an art form, and Sunlight captures the passion behind that. Ira basically gave me a class on spray foam. Just ask him anything you want to know, you can reach him dang near 24/7. I Hope you all read this...don't just assume that a "5 srar rating" means much...because it could be the opinion of an uniformed customer who hasn't a CLUE as to what spray foam SHOULD be. Knowledge is power, and Sunlight empowers the customer.

The team showed up on time and did great work putting foam insulation under our raised slab home. They left everything clean and nice. I would recommend this company. The communication Before and after the work was great!

I have always heard of the drastic changes in energy efficiency when using spray foam so what is the deciding factor? Price? Check the average density on that quote and you will find that it is no where near what Sunlight offers as a standard. Worth noting, Ira and Sunlight STILL bid lower than over half of the estimates we were presented so price shouldn't be the deciding factor. After tossing and turning, I had a revelation! This entire time, Ira and Sunlight had been coaching me through it all. I took customer service for granted and once I realized that, it became so clear. This review is part 1 of 2 (the installation is April 8th, 2016) and so far, I'm excited for the day to come. Ira and Jeremy (Jeremy did the walk through and spent almost an hour teaching me all about what's really going on in your attic) represent what America has forgotten, and that's customer service. I will check back after the work is complete but I have no doubt that it will be anything short of perfection

We just had sunlight contractors complete the job at our house and they did a wonderful job. Not only did they complete the whole job in a timely manner but they cleaned up after themselves. They were able to improve the energy efficiency of our house immensely. After coming and giving us am extremely detailed estimate, they did everything as promised. Corey was here the entire time supervising and when they were complete gave me a complete rundown of all the work. Most of all Ira has been great from day 1. Very personable, he called to explain the process and ask if we had any questions from the time of the estimate until the job was complete. These guys truly do a great job and have a real desire to improve your home. They will be highly recommended to anyone I know and if we ever have the need for spray foam again we will most definitely use them

I am very pleased with the product and service provided by Sunlight Contractors. Ira educated me on the choices of insulation and what would be best for my home. The crew arrived as scheduled and got to work right away. They even finished ahead of schedule and left my home clean. I can't wait to feel the effects of the insulation come the hot summer months. Excellent! Sunlight Contractors removed open cell spray foam from under my house which was absorbing moisture. In doing so they found termite trails in the open cell. They treated the termites 3 days in a row and recommended I have a termite company follow up. They then applied closed cell foam under the house. They then sprayed open cell foam in the attic. My house feels completely different. My house feels great!!! I highly recommend Sunlight Contractors!!!

Sunlight Contractors installed over 3000 sqft of open cell spray foam product. I had concerns before deciding to go spray foam, moisture, smell or getting a bad install and having to get it removed like you see horror stories on over the internet. Ira and Corey took the time answer my questions and ease my concerns. To handle the moisture concern they showed me how they complete their air flow test to ensure the amount of air that moves around the house meets national standards. They also assured me the smell would be very minimal and they were right. The smell in the house was hardly noticeable and even in the attic it just smelled like a fresh coat of paint. To ease my concern about the a bad job I just did research on Sunlight Contractors and I could not find any application they did that resulted in a bad installation. Now that the foam is installed, my house is more comfortable and the temperature inside is more steady with my air handlers running less now than they did before.
