Our home received almost five feet of water from the August floods. Mitigation efforts became very important to us in the event (heaven forbid) of another flood. So, I headed to our local library to gather information about effective ways to help protect our home in the future. Closed-cell spray insulation was highly recommended by all the available documentation. So, I researched spray-foam insulation companies in the Baton Rouge area and Sunlight Contractors' name was at the top of the list. After checking with the state licensing board for contractors to ensure that Sunlight Contractors is state licensed (with three licenses, no less!), I checked Sunlight's reviews, all of which were excellent. After doing my homework, I contacted the company and they promptly scheduled a time for an estimate and have been very easy to work with since then. Ira has the patience of a saint, dealing with so may people whose homes flooded and who are taking mitigation steps that also will cut utility bills and make for a more comfortable home. I wholeheartedly recommend Sunlight Contractors without reservation. They have been super!

Where do I begin? Sunlight contractors were among many of different other contractors I came upon when needing to find someone to install general foam in my home. I called around for pricing estimates from numerous companies and Sunlight Contractors, LLC. was able to come out the same day to provide me an estimate. In addition to that, Ira was able to explain to me the different types of spray foams, its benefits and the whole 10 yard. Not only did they gave a good pricing for their services, but Ira and his crew definitely showed good work ethic. They were dependable, reliable and punctual. I would highly highly highly recommend this company for all of your home insulation needs.

I had an old workshop that I needed to seal up and insulate. Sunshine Contractors far exceeded my expectations. The foam installation was rhorough and the finishing was great. They did a full cleanup aND I received more than on call afterward to ensure everything went well.

Sunlight Contractors added spray foam to our attic last week. We have yet to run the AC or heat much in the past week due to fair weather, but we look forward to energy savings and a reduced electrical bill. Our experience with the company was very good. They were on time, did exactly as they explained, completed the work in the amount of time they estimated, and were very professional. The crew was super friendly and even helped carry my infant son down the stairs when it was time to leave the house (federal regulation while spraying). I came back to a relatively clean house with no problems. The work was done seemingly well, which is all you really want. I would recommend this company because the price was fair and the service was extraordinary.

The guys tell me it was 20 degrees warmer in the shop the next morning compared to the outside temperature and that was without the heaters on so they were pretty happy .As far as dealing with Sunlight I only have good things to say . The guys did a great job the walls look good they did a good clean up and just handled them self in a professional manner .

My Air Guard Unit was looking to get a couple of our trucks insulated to help reduce noise, keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. My experience has been wonderful with Sunlight Contractors. They were very professional and precise with their work. Closed cell spray foam was used under the house. There is a noticeable difference in the house temperature. So glad to have this done. I appreciate the work performed by Sunlight Contractors.

Couldn't be more thankful for the team at Sunlight Contractor's. My wife and I found them on Angie's list after 2 cold winters at home. We had a leaky subfloor that was letting in a lot of draft. Ira and his team came to the house and completely insulated our subfloors (1400sqft) in about 2 hours. They were professional courteous and punctual. There was a noticeable difference right away. Our floors felt warmer and more stable after they completed the job. They should us pictures of the job from underneath to confirm the quality and they were even kind enough to come inside to remove excess insulation and color those spots to match the floor. We were very happy with their work

We found the Sunlight Contractors through Angie's list. We compared a number of different insulation companies and felt most comfortable with sunlight after reviewing their ratings and process. Ira and his team were professional courteous and punctual. His guys get under our home (115 year home ) and sprayed about 1400 sq ft. In close to 2hrs. Our floors were noticeable warmer the next night and felt more stable as well. We couldn't be more pleased with the job that was done and how professional the team was.

I would highly recommend sunlight contractors, LLC. I call them out for and estimated spray foam under the house. They explain the different type of spray foam, open cell foam and close cell foam. They check under the house for moisture level, and explain everything throughly. I was very impressed with the company. I got quote from two other companies and they did not check under the house for moisture level and was not professional enough for me to hire them to do the job.
