The customer service is always polite, helpful and very good. We have been ordering from this company for about 5 years and never had any problems with product or service.

Excellent service, I have worked with Chuck in two Cassio s and they have been both rewarding. He takes his time and is very patient. I am ordering from the Caribbean via Miami. The online ordering system is easy to follow. I gave 4 stars because I haven;t received my order yet and also have had issues in the past with returns. They did not refund all my money for pedicure chair liners...less than half and I could never get anyone on the phone to explain why.

Ordering was simple. I was able to chat with a representative to answer my questions. I did pay the extra 3% tho hopefully receive my order sooner. Can't wait to get my new pedicure chair for my customers.

The service was good but the quality of the chairs could be better. The seat is held on by three bolts that allow it to be a little unstable. The seats are beautiful but will not purchase anymore until can physically set in the chair.

Neeca the account and product gal was very professional and know all the right answer. This was my first time ordering from SpaSalon.us and it won't be my last. Their prices are reasonable and the products are spa quality. I would recommend any company to order from them.

Product was easy to look up on your website. When I called to place the order the lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. She said I should have my part needed with in the week.

It was easy to find the website and even easier to navigate it. I found the part I needed right away. When I called the 800 number for further support, the tech gave me her cell phone number, making the experience a personal experience. I would highly recommend anyone considering purchasing a pedi-chair or parts because their costomer service is A-1. The only issue I had was the part I was looking to purchase had a picture of both the motor and the cover at $41 when in actuality, the cover was $41 and the motor (which was the part I needed) was $151. I ended up buying both for $156.

Found the parts I need ( I hope) , will reserve my opinion until I get my items . So far so good...!

Great purchase and a great pedicure chairs. We had no issues or complaints with the purchase. The only concern we had was that they would not take away our old chairs. We anticipated this so we were not upset but it would have been nice to have it as a note somewhere on the order form or receipt.

The website is easy to use, and customer chat is available, if I had questions. So far, so good. I’m looking forward to receiving my order.
