It’s great. It’s easy to get lost bouncing back and forth between choices. Nicca was great in customer service.

The website was easy to use. My service and experience was good, I was kept up to date on the processing of my order by email and I got my order in the time frame the website said I would.

The Cleo PediSpa chairs are comfortable and work very well. The only drawback is how the arm rest slide back for the client to enter the chair. They don't slide back as far as they really should and it's hard for elderly or heavy people to get in and out of the chair

I received the chairs pretty quickly after ordering. I was however disappointed when they arrived. They were dirty and it seems as if I received an item that was returned or was not properly stored. I contacted customer service and they were very quick in responding. The return process was painless and the replacement actually left their warehouse prior to me sending the original back. I am very pleased with this purchase and I must state that it has added the right touch to my salon. I have a lot of faith in Spasalonus and will shop with them in the future.

I bought 2 sets of chairs, and they arrived in a timely manner, and in good shape. I had no trouble putting them together.The color is just what it looked like on line. I recommend these chairs. Just take your time installing or call a plumber. You'll be as pleased as I am.

Shopped around until I found this chair. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick. Customer Service took care of me at every step. It took a few minutes to get it built and working. Then took a few more to sit in every position until I found just the right one for me. Now I appreciate a good working task chair. Everyone wants to use MY chair now. It's so easy I tell them to order their own.

Please do not order from SPASALON.US. It look legit but it's a scam. I ordered an item on SPASALON.US and they send me the wrong item. They tried to charge me 30% stocking fee and return fee on they mistake, and finally admit that they send me the wrong one BUT I have to send the item back to them and send them they bill and then they will refund my money. They should be taking care all of that because of their MISTAKE instead of making the customer do all the work for them. I will fight them with my bank and BBB. For all the salon owners out there, do your self a farvour do not order for SPASALON.US. IT IS A SCAM. ALL THEY WANT ARE YOUR MONEY.
