I ordered my beautiful rock pedicure chair in 2012. It has been everything I could ever dream of. It was delivered in the time promised. My Husband and I brought it in off the pallet and installed it, all except the electrical. It has serviced many clients and they all come to sit in it and of coarse to see me. I have just this year 2019' had to do any repairs and it was only the Genijet which was well used. Both times I have placed my order on line the Chair and the parts were easy to locate and have enough information listed so I know I'm getting just what I need. The website also lists other items compatable so if I should want to change up I had options. The service representitives are also knowledgable and friendly. I will continue to do business with Spasalon.us and refer new customers for many years to come.

Spa salon was the only company that returned my message, answered my call and actually had a great price on their inventory. I honestly thought the whole process was too good to be true but I actually talked to a live person, understood him clearly, he answered all of my questions and even sent me a couple of links directing me to what I was looking for in their website, and still continued to answer questions for me. I was overwhelmed with the amount of options for what I needed. I started a "chat" and within 2 minutes an english speaking customer service rep called me. She was AMAZING!! She answered all my questions and made this the most enjoyable experience. I am not of asian decent nor do I speak any language other than english. When you are trying to find replacement parts for pedicure thrones and you call other suppliers its VERY frustrating with language barriers and understanding of what I needed.
