I used Low VA rates to refinance my mortgage for a lower interest rate and reduced my team by 5 years. Mark Powell and his team was nothing short of brilliant. He addressed all my questions in a very professional and timely manner. I highly recommend.

I worked with Ashley Kelly on my pre-approval for a mortgage. I am a first time home buyer and she was very prompt in answering all of my questions, no mater how silly, via text, phone call, or email. I was impressed with how fast the process went and how quickly my documents were processed. Because they specialize in VA specific loans, there wasn't any confusion of where funds came from and other types of "odd" pay. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Outstanding in every way! I started my loan account with Bank of America. Benjamin Teasley, The Bank of America representative who waited until the loan was already past the option period before telling me they will not be able to finance my loan. I called Low VA Rates after seeing their videos on YouTube. I spoke with Maurice who played catch-up to fix, all of BOA screwups. Low Va Rates took care to get my loan back on track and bring everything together on time without error. Not to mention my rate with Low Va Rates was a full 1% lower than it was with BOA. I went from 6% with BOA to 5% with Low Va Rates. It was an usual scenario but regardless Low Va Rate was able to take care of me, and meet all of my first time buying needs. I will never go through BOA for a loan again.

I will always say that Low VA Rates came in for me and family at the right time. I tried a lot of mortgage company that made me believe that I could not be approved for a mortgage loan but Low VA Rates told otherwise. I start my loan process late October 2017 and closed in February 2018, this was because the seller of the first house sold to a different buyer so had to look for a different house to purchase. We already started our refinance with a different company when we got a mailer from Low VA Rates and we decided to check it out. Jed Hardman was my loan officer and he did a fantastic job for us. Right out of the gate we were given a half-percent lower rate than we were going to get from the first company and we were going to get over $900 towards closing costs. You bet we went with Low VA Rates. Our final closing costs were about $600 and we skipped 2 payments. We went with a 20-year loan and we will save over $80,000!! Jed and his team were fantastic, always got back to me within hours - I never had a message go over night before he got back to me. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Low VA Rates. Fantastic people doing great things for veterans, just love it.

Va loans helped me get a loan to refinance my home. I was able to do almost everything online, with my busy life that was amazingly helpful. The whole process took almost 4 months so, that was annoying. I was given a closing date of Sept 15th but it was really like the end of Sept or beginning of Oct. I don't remember exactly. Other than the wait on paper work and the process, it was a good experience. I got a va hybrid loan for 30years, fixed rates for first 5years. My monthly payments went from $970 down to $780. However, it cost $7000, just to refinance. So, I suppose I paid for a cheaper mortgage. Im not even sure if this will actually help in the long run. But it has to right now. My finances are overwhelming me that's why I refinanced my home with them. And they sent me so many letters in the mail, I was under the impression that I was.suppose to take the loan because im a veteran and its a program for debt relief for veterans.

We received the flyer in the mail and we were needing to lower our payments, but we had given up because everyone we talked to said we had the best interest rate and payment out there. When we received the flyer I have it one more shot and called. I was excited to know there was one more option better for us. We were able to get completely refinanced in a matter of weeks, skip 2 house payments, and lower our payment. I would highly recommend this company. Low va rates is the best out there!!
