Truthfully, I received the flyer in the mail about lowering my VA mortgage rate. I had only been in the house 10 months, but I figured I'd see what happens. I have to say, this was an extremely wonderful experience getting a lower VA rate. The refi was done within the time I was told. I was kept informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Andy Dane and his team if anyone is looking to refi their VA mortgage.

The process for refinancing my home went smooth from the beginning with Rob. Everyone explained what the steps were and sent plenty of emails. They are exceptional at customer service. My loan was funded in the amount of time that they explained to me.

Jaren and his LowVARates team did an EXCELLENT JOB processing my application and working with us through the process.



I contact Low VA Rates for a second opinion/option when I was working with another company that left me hanging in the wind for two-weeks with no communication at all.



JAREN GAVE ME HIS BEST RATE UP FRONT FROM THE START.

I told him what happened with the other company.. He said that that would not happen with him. He was true to his word.



Work with Jaren if:

1. You want to work with a person/company who has the integrity and professionalism to do what is best for you and not what is best for him/them.

2. You want a person who will communicate with you in a timely manner.

3. You want the best rate you can get.

4. You want to close your loan in a timely manner.



I WOULD WORK WITH JAREN AGAIN SHOULD I NEED TO REFI MY 2.75% 15 year mortgage. I recommend that you work with him and LowVARates when you are ready.

Ryan was extremely helpful, took time to understand what my needs where and offered several fitting options, even when things did not look good, he and the company president was able to adapt and present a different solution. They followed through on everything and was extremely responsive right down to last minute questions I had on my closing date. I would definitely want to work with Ryan again.

My feedback to the service I received regarding the refinance.



When I first started the process it was very positive. We all were on the same page, was told by the underwriter that they could service my loan. Then after that the process had many issues. I understand mishaps, but it was just to many. It was like this was their first VA loan. There were a lot of start overs after signing the first documents: and then realizing that the documents were incorrect for this type of loan. And then there were issue with what type of loan processes were allowed in the state of WV. It appear to me many of this things should have be check out prior to the final stages of the process. The main issue was the communication. Many of my question from start to finish were never answered. Many times I wanted to back out the process, and shared this information with the loan officer . There were issues with the closing date, which unnecessarily prolonged the process by at least 2 weeks.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had getting a mortgage loan. The lies, the exorbitant cost, Lack of follow-through, time it took, and their process is so cumbersome.

I have 11 emails where the loan officer (Spencer Smoot) promised to call me and he failed to do so.

The absolute worst part of the process is that for almost 2 months I kept asking for the rates, fees, and total closing cost and even though I was promised I would get them "ASAP".... it did not come until I got so pissed I made threats. I kept getting rates, fees, and closing cost for loans I did not want... Very frustrating.

I ended up with a 3/1 ARM... which is not what I really wanted.

After the loan was finally approved, the loan should have funded by the 13th of the month, but it took until the 19th of the month to fund causing me an additional late charge on my previous mortgage.

By the way, my background is Mortgage Lending Manager.

you could not ask for more with this company, team kevin really puts a personal touch. they answer your questions quickly and never did they try to pressure me into a loan that I didn't want. they find out what would work best for you and try to accommodate. this was so much better then my previous loan. you are in good hands with this group. good job Low VA Rates. you impressed one that is hard to impress.

They we great help even before i signed with them answered all my questions, and went beyond to help and explain things that was a bit part of why i signed. My previous never could get a hold of.

The service for my ARM loan was exceptional besides the multiple reoccurring signatures for the same documents. Other than that Low VA loans service saved me money and I didn't have to pay out of pocket expenses.

Outstanding service! LowVARates provided a very low APR for a home refinance loan, and the entire process went smoothly without problems. The loan closed within 30 days, and I save hundreds each month. Thanks.

Michael Burns and his team treated us great. Kept us informed from start to finish throughout the whole refinancing process.

I was very skeptical of what I read in the marketing material, and I've called several other "VA Refinance Specialist" companies who always had hidden conditions or exceptions to their advertised rates. Jaren Ahlmann walked me through the process then executed the plan exactly as he said it would work. I never got any "Oh, we also need..." requests past the first submission of required documents and it went through underwriting without any hitches. Will save $100,000 over the life of the mortgage for this, along with $300/month savings on the payment. Very happy customer.

this was not my mortgage application, but it was the easiest ever. low VA rates surpassed all of my expectations even after closing at a much lower interest rate. they did everything they had promised and then some. we also managed to save close to 1k on our homeowners insurance. i heartily recommend using this company.
