Short story but will get to the point. I received am offer for lowering my newly purchased home along with the other thousands of junk mail offers. Initially I through it away though I was curious. I then received notice my home loan of 3 months and was sold again for the third time. I decided to call and see if i qualified. I had some credit issues but had worked hard to get back to where I qualified for a VA loan. I was so happy we bought a new house and got a great deal. I called and Dillon answered promptly. He went over all the info and I was intrigued but skeptical. I went through the motions and we were qualified. We sent in all the required docs. We were cruising but ran in to some issues with the two former lenders of the loan and it took a lot of calls, emails and being on hold but we finally closed a month later. I want to thank Dillon and his team for making me feel like we were the only customer he had and that we mattered and that he fought for us when he saw the wrong. Although I know he was frustrated with the shady loan company's who refused to help resolve an issue they caused or were part of (Nationstar Morg. and Loan care) and that could have been catastrophic to me, we worked through it and finally got it done. I applaud you Dillon and would Highly recommend you to anyone especially my fellow veterans. God bless and good night. JamesC
