I originally had a different company that I was going to go with; I was not too pleased with the other company because we were having difficulty understanding each other. Because of the problems I was having I was hesitant to go with them. I read the reviews about True state moving services and so I decided to call them and see what happens. My instinct took over and I was sure this was the company I wanted! I no longer felt hesitation and I was looking forward to moving now. I had no headache with them; they made everything simple and explained everything to me. I truly appreciate the hard work they did for me. I will always be grateful that I was able to have such an easy move!

Great Job by True state moving services! I was not very familiar with moving related processes. Their supervisor explained to me the details about rate and necessary steps. Their previous estimate and final quote was very similar, no hidden cost. The movers worked hard enough to maintain the timeline and they successfully completed the task and delivered my entire valuables without a single scratch. I will surely use them again.

I had to do a long distance move and I chose True State Moving Services based on a recommendation of a friend. I talked with their sales rep on the phone and he discussed everything related to the move. I booked them for next week. They were on time. They made the job so easy. They did a good job and they cleaned up after the project. They were also very polite and the administration staff was very efficient. Nothing went wrong which made the move so perfect.

The customer care was super responsive. The folks were cautious. The movers even didn't take a pause, until they were not satisfied, they continued working. When movers were at my premises, I left my home due to some important purpose. I forgot to say a small amount of furniture needed to be wrapped. Watching those items, they called me over the phone asking whether the excess items needed to be packed. True State Moving Services really made me stress free. I would definitely hire them again.

Last month I used True state moving services for my long distance move and Aced it! Moving is never an easy task but True state moving services really made the transition easy. The guys who actually did all the heavy lifting were awesome! Shout out to those guys, they were machines! They really alleviated a lot of stress that comes with moving. The entire team was super-fast, super-efficient and super nice. Really, nothing got damaged and the guys did a great job. They were fantastic! Also, the quote was perfect for me. I actually expected to pay more, but it was reasonable. They knew what I wanted and they did it accordingly. No problem on either side. The move went as smoothly as possible. I hate moving but if I do have to move, I’ll use them.

Recently I hired True state moving services for my fiancé’s move in with me. Though it was a long distance move, they handled it very well. Though she had many items already packed, the two movers efficiently packed the remaining items. They carefully loaded the van and secured the load. At the destination, the two movers unloaded the room and even helped arrange heavy pieces of furniture. They were a great help on a day that I just couldn't have done it myself. I highly recommend this team and I am certain to use them again.

By far, the best movers I have ever hired! The team worked on 4th of July, when I couldn't find anyone who would even quote me correctly, much less want to do the job on a holiday. They were ridiculously quick (while not sacrificing care for my items), courteous, professional and thoughtful. The price quoted was exactly what I paid with no hidden charges! Thankfully, they arrived early as we were ready and we didn't want to wait all day to get this task done. We finished early, much quicker than I could even imagine. They had the itinerary intact and reviewed each facet completely. I would highly recommend True state moving services to anyone as it made such a chore an easy experience and well worth the small cost.

The guys did an awesome job getting my wife and me down here to NJ from TX. We moved to a 4 bedroom house that we had been in for 28 years and there was a lot of stuff. We thought the guys were thoughtful and considerate of our items when handling everything. During the transit customer service was in communication with us as to the delivery spread and did what they could to help, we had our items within a week which we thought was fair. All around it was a good experience and we would recommend True state moving services to friends and family.

They were willing to work with me on my chosen date. They handled our items very carefully to carry them down from the third storied apartment. They did a tremendous job of protecting our belongings and relocating them in a safe manner. Everything was rightly finished and without a single damage. They even delivered one day earlier than they quoted. I would like to hire them again.

We moved from a 3 bedroom flat on the 2nd floor without a lift to a new 3 bedroom flat. True state moving services made sure everything went smoothly on the day and completed the move within the estimated time and without any breakages. They were really flexible with the moving date as our date kept moving, thanks so much for that. We would definitely use True state moving services again and can only recommend them.

True state moving services moved my 4 bedroom apartment to Texas just recently. I am writing this review specifically because the movers we had were so good that we have to tell everyone about it. The most important thing for me is punctuality and when the team arrived with their truck early, I knew we were going to get along fine. These guys know their stuff and they are real professionals that treat everything they touch with respect. I also really like the fact that they gave me a quote that was pretty close to the eventual amount.

This was my first experience moving with True state moving services and I was delighted from start to finish! When I contacted them by phone, the customer service agents were always super helpful, attentive, and friendly. They made special accommodations for the final pickup of my pod, which seriously impressed me. I felt like they valued me as a customer, which is rare these days with most companies! From start to finish, I was totally mesmerized by the way 3 movers from True state moving services handled my move. They quoted reasonably to begin with. I have never heard of movers who show up on time. Let alone be early. They finished the whole packing and loading process within a blink of an eye. It was a sensational performance. They delivered on time, didn’t overcharge me and all my valuables were unharmed. Highly recommended moving service.

The company is very well organized and shows that they genuinely care for their clients’ needs and personal property. They knew how valuable everything was and took high measures to keep it all safe. And seriously nothing was damaged! I loved that! I heard so many horror stories about moving. I’m glad to see that True State Moving Services is not one of those movers.

I recently had True state moving services move some possessions for my parents. My parents are in their 70's and this is stressful for them, so I wanted to make sure they would be well taken care of by the movers. I wanted them to live near us so that is why they had to move all the way from NJ. The sales rep at the office did a great job organizing and scheduling everything. And the moving crew, according to my parents, was in and out quickly and was very careful and polite and nothing was damaged along the way. We wouldn't hesitate to use True state moving services again.
