The folks at True state moving services are simply the best. Their team exceeded all our expectations. My elderly parents were moving from a large two-story home to a smaller one-story home. Other moving companies wanted to nickel and dime them on every little thing. They were very personable and friendly with a positive and enthusiastic outlook on everything. I don’t think there’s much else you can ask for than a crew of hard working and respectful movers and an office staff who do everything they can to be accommodating. We went with a full service move so they packed, loaded, transported, and unloaded us. I don’t have a single complaint. They really took the stress out of moving and I am so appreciative. They even helped me fix a wobbly leg on our dining room table that I had been fighting with for months. We have moved many times and the team is the most qualified, sincere and reliable movers that we have used. I have had moving companies in the past break my things. Then again I don't know whether it's the moving company on which they retrieve my things out of storage that trashed, broke and damaged my things. So far, everything is going well and I am happy to say that so far it has been easy. When my items get moved into my new home, I will update.

The crew of True State Moving Services at pick up was fast and efficient. They wrapped all my furniture. They delivered my stuff fast (5 days) and all arrived in great condition. They even reassembled my bed. The communication with their office was great. They called me before the pickup, after the pick up for a survey and they called me again before delivery. They email me with the delivery driver information, so I can contact him directly and they even sent me a copy of my receipt before they delivered. It was great to know that my rate will not change. That is the scariest part when you move. I will definitely use them again if I move.
