Most things will disappoint you in the country- hearty service isn’t one of them. Like your portions sizes here, everything is big and bold. True State Moving Services is no different! Their manager is probably the friendliest man I’ve ever come across. He’s a proper cowboy so it was an instant friendship. He promised to take care of me and he did. His movers were amazing- so well trained and humble too. They moved my household items safely within just a few hours. I got the final bill and they added no extra charge. I’m so thankful that I found these guys.

12 out of 10 for pricing, availability, booking and the move itself. Everyone was responsive, professional, and courteous. My team arrived early, worked hard and were friendly and very mindful of the personal property being moved. Payment was exactly as was communicated and their rates are very competitive. I just moved from the cold north to the sunny south. After a long search, I used True state moving services for my recent move simply because these guys have an amazing reputation in the business. The company was outstanding. They offered a well explained reasonable price with a fantastic customer service. The movers were experienced and knew what they were up to. Packing and uploading took only a few hours. Not bad at all given the amount of stuff we had! I got my stuff delivered unscratched and safe. To begin with I would love to say this was my very first time ever before doing a large relocation and also I'm a solitary daddy with a 5 years of age child. The customer service rep I worked with was very helpful and informative and the movers at both the pickup and drop off were on time, friendly, helpful and very fast and efficient. Nothing was broken or lost in the move and I received it within the time period given to me. I liked receiving the tracking emails of where my shipment was every day and it was cheaper than doing it by myself. Using them took a huge load off my mind shipping my belongings across the country.

The email tracker that provided daily updates on where my goods were at along the way made scheduling my travel and my move-in at my new place so simple and stress-free. The local teams that picked-up and dropped off my goods were both super friendly, very professional, packed my large and fragile pieces AMAZINGLY! Prior to my goods arriving, a call was received to schedule a time for drop off, everything went quickly and everything arrived in tip-top shape. I am very happy with my decision in choosing this company.

It has been very nice using True state moving services as our moving companion for the second time. The 3 moving men were professional and simply magical. They have moved me twice and both experiences have been seamless and incredibly efficient. They wrapped and packed each piece of furniture and the delivery was made in no time. I cannot recommend True state moving services enough. They moved us a few weeks back and did an amazing job. The 4 men team was brilliant; they were right on time, smart, courteous and enthusiastic by nature and worked very well as a team. Some furniture had to be dismantled before loading and nothing was too much trouble. At the other end the crews were also very efficient - I have never seen anybody work so diligently. Furniture had to be re-assembled, and this was done effectively. Nothing was broken or damaged. Any logistical problems were overcome with tact and discretion. It is unusual to find such sterling service in today's business world.

I have nothing but good experience with True state moving services. I booked them over phone which saved a lot of time. The process was very easy, just filling up online form and getting the quote within short time. The sales guy told us that they would take care of some loose fittings of furniture and mirrors. They discouraged us to carry those items by ourselves. At last I saw, they really completed their responsibilities. Hopefully I am not going to move anytime soon. But when I do, they will definitely be my first choice.
