I’ve been using Security Public Storage for several years and this location is great for the Hercule/Pinole area. The facility is clean and well maintained and rates on the units are reasonable and fair. Michele is great to work with and always super helpful!

I have never had any issues or complaints with this location! I recently was late on a payment because I wasn’t aware that my card was expired. Michelle called me to give a friendly reminder so I wouldn’t be charged the $15 late fee. I was so grateful! Definitely recommend this location for anyone who lives in the Pinole, El Sobrante, Richmond area. Thanks Michelle!

I was very nervous about storage units, however this security public storage was has been perfect. It is clean, safe, temperature is cool and very friendly staff.

Their staff are excellent. They always try to do their best to help us. I have rented two different-sized units, and they both were great. The humidity control was spot on, and my mother's precious Kimono was perfectly in good condition. I will use them again in the future for sure. Thank you, all.

I have had my unit for almot 2 years and it is always clean. They are very well at communicating when the facility will be closed for any improvements and/or holidays. The front desk is great and professional in handling any questions I may have. I highly recommend this facility to anyone.

I was looking online for the size of storage for my stuff during this holiday seasons, and so glad to find the right size at this place. I rushed to the office and have Leah help me to complete the rental lease. She is so courteous and patience during the whole process!

I was given a friendly tour of the facility. During the holiday season, we get so busy. I appreciate the courtesy calls to pay my bill to avoid any fines.

So thankful for Michelle and her patience throughout the whole process. Love the customer service and thoughtfulness.
