I have been using security public storage for two years and I've always felt like my belonging were safe. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Security Public Storage for almost 3 years and I am very pleased with the Service and the actual Security. I feel safe with my personal things being secure and protected and clean. The Staff are very helpful and kind. I have recommended it to several people and they also agree. I will continue to recommend it to anyone interested in a safe, clean, secure storage. I've been renting a storage unit for about 2 years and I'm really happy with the service. The inside it is really clean and not stuffy and uncomfortable.

The customer service is friendly and helpful. The storage facility is on a busy street which makes feel safe than having the location in a isolated and vulnerable area.

This review is over due, Michelle and the staff at Security Public storage in Pinole, CA have been so helpful and on top of any of our storage needs. The grounds feel safe and secure. Do not hesitate to store your items for a convenient and quality experience.

We moved into Security Public Service a month ago and so far the service has been stellar, prices are good, and the facility is really nice. I don't have anything to compare it to, but my unit was clean, easy to access, and I'm fully confident that my stuff is safe. Their little store had everything I needed (including a lock for the door, which I'd forgotten!), and the woman I worked with (sorry I forgot her name!) had helpful advice and patience I appreciated a greatly as a first-time storage unit renter. An extra plus was the carts provided for moving things in and out.

Accommodating and Personable and Clean Facilities and Conveniently Located. Been renting a storage locker for two years without any problems or issues.

They have excellent customer service and communication. Such a great location and feel safe about my belongings being there.

We are renting a storage unit out at this facility in Pinole. The facility is very clean, every time we have gone there has been hardly anyone else there so it’s very quiet. I forgot the woman who works there name, but she is very pleasant and nice, which I can appreciate. I gave 4 stars because everything is good, my only thing is, storage units are very high. I remember when it was $150 for a storage unit the size of a garage, now the second to smallest unit is $179. It’s ridiculously high, you have to think most people who have storage units, love in apartments because they cannot afford to rent a home, or they are homeless....so wish the prices were a little cheaper, not mention they are going up on their prices, they increase every 8 months. So we will probably have to look somewhere else soon. Cannot afford $200 a month when rent is $2000 barley making it.

My experience with Security Public Storage has always been great! The staff has always been very helpful, the location is always bery clean, and well lit. I have always had a great experience working with the staff for anything I needed.

Safe place to store things , Staff had good customer service and friendly approach. Would recommend to friends and family .
