Dr Chen is a great guy that really cares and wants the best for his patients.

Doctor Chen is very professional. He is willing to listen and pinpoint the problem right away. He has helped me so much throughout the years to make sure I get the best quality of life possible.

Dr Chen was good and helpful but his assistant and office staff have no clue what they are doing. Was supposed to be scheduled for an mri and none scheduled. When call his office they acted like they had no idea what they were doing

Great service have been dealing with pain management since the age of 13 seen many doctors many different treatments most doctors don’t listen to their patients they just follow what’s in the book but the doctors at Alta pain will actually listen to wear how bad how often and how it affects the rest of your life and activities and then what your expectations are and they work very hard to achieve what you are asking for not what the new cool treatment is today overall wonderful experience
