Professional, knowledgeable, on time, and thorough.

Best feeling to not think this will help and after my first consult actually knowing it's going to be different!!

Arrived a few minutes early and was promptly seen. Discussed my issues, made a plan, and began execution that day. All of the staff at Alta are great.

Never had a bad experience. Dr Chen and his staff are all great!!

Shane was very very thoughtful,as I had just lost my daughter. Very compassionate which meant a lot to me.

I felt he was very knowledgeable about my condition and how to proceed with treatment. My procedure went so well. He has such a calming and friendly manner during my visits, and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Went in due to chronic pain I've been experiencing for over 2 years. He was professional and actually listened to what had been going on - not in a hurry at all - took the time I needed to explain the situation. Refreshing, engaged...basically a God-send to me.

Dr. Chen always listens and is willing to help with relieving pain. He and his staff are friendly and willing to do is needed to make it each visit a good experience.

Dr. Chan and Shane are One of the best doctors and facilities I’ve had to deal with with listening to my problems not treating me as somebody out just to get meds but actually helps me with my extreme pain willing to give me options to help relieve instead of just throwing Tess and procedures at me they actually try to help with my overall quality of life considering I’m also in organ failure they take that into consideration and are very diligent on keeping base and in touch with my other doctors all the staff are wonderful friendly rarely do you have to wait and if you do it’s only 5 to 10 minutes

Been going to him for over 15years. I also see Shane Green and both providers are compassionate. They both really listen and take their time to give the very best care. Their front desk staff are great alway friendly.
