I’ve been getting care and medications from my family provider but after being gone from Alta for 3 years I am realizing some things are better if left alone. I wish I left things in Dr Chens/Shane’s hands. My dose hasn’t changed in years yet my health has become harder to deal with every day. I trust these Drs just as much today as I did the day I left the clinic when I thought I didn’t need a pain clinic almost 3.5 years ago. They are more then just doctors to me. I trust them immensely.

He answered my questions thoroughly even though I didn't really know what to ask. The procedure was pretty painless and it worked. I did try to call the doctor the following week and the clinic redirected me to Stellate even though my questions were for the doctor.

The provider is great but anytime you need to speak with someone after the appointment you will ALWAYS be sent to a voicemail and it’s hard to get a call back. When you finally get a call back it’s great they are helpful just don’t expect someone to answer the phone when you call.

Dr Chen is so professional and yet very personable.. He makes you fill extremely comfortable and in great hands. His skills are impeccable, you know at all times what he is doing. He goes beyond what doctors do to make sure your visit it is the best! I can speak for several of my family members that say, Dr Chen is a top notch doctor In His field. We thank you
