Provided by YP.comMy computer died on me the other day. I took it to a shop and they look it over and told me the motherboard was gone. They were telling me all this stuff that had happened and told me it would be impossible to fix it without replacing the motherboard. Well I was kinda worried because it only took this guy like 2 minutes when he took it to the back to come back and tell me the motherboard was dead. I decided to call around. On my way home I saw Computer Aids sign and decided to call. Well I did take it by and later that day Chuck called me to tell me it was fixable but we would have to reinstall windows. He quoted me a good price that was half what the other shop quoted me and I told him to take care of it.
Well I have the computer back and it has been running flawlessly for 3 days with out cutting it off. I wanted to keep it up and running so I may know faster if there is something else wrong. It is doing fine and I now have full faith in it again.
Chuck did the impossible and I do recommend him to everyone whom reads this for all of there computer needs. The possible as well as the impossible.

Provided by YP.comI have used Chuck before and found his work to be the best. I used him recently to acquire some lost data that conforms to the discovery parameters of Tn state law. Chuck as he has in the past was able to satisfy me with his work. He is truly a professional and an asset to me that I cannot replace.His skill is far better than any I have used in the past and his pricing is very fair for the type of work I require. I have trusted him and I feel this trust in in no way misplaced.

Provided by YP.comI bought a cd burner and took t to him and he was happy to put it n for me. A couple other places said I could bring it in and they would get to it. Chuck said I could get it back the same day and I did.

Provided by YP.comI have called Computer Aid a couple of times just to as questions about something concerning my computer. He was always happy to answer any and all of them. This was before I had ever even used him to do a repair. I know some stuff about computers but I am not a pro at it. Well I did have to finally take my box in for him to fix it and the guy rocks. He fixed my computer and showed me what I did wrong. He priced me good and I was back home with my computer before I knew it.
This guys knows his stuff and yes I will say everyone should give this guy a try.

Provided by YP.comComputer repairs are like car repair. You dread them and loose sleep over them. Seems to be more dishonest people out there and you never know for sure if they did what they said. Computer Aid I know did what he said because the computer is running so much better. It would not boot most of the time and when it did it had gotten so very slow. Chuck explained to me what was going on and I asked him to make it as good as he could without me looseing my stuff. He did wonderfull. I am so happy with the job and the service. The price was fair and he was pretty fast getting it back to me. Thanks Chuck and I do recommend him.

Provided by YP.comMy computer died - wouldn't turn on at all. Computer-Aid got it running in just a couple of days for a very modest charge. Strange, though, the memory stick was said to be in wrong slot, but nobody had touched it since new. Whatever, after the repair it ran fairly well except that I'd get an error message on startup and then it would not shut down without killing the power. This lasted for several weeks, after which it began healing itself. Also strange. Now it runs great.
I discovered when trying to reconnect to a wireless modem that the ethernet port was apparently disabled. Don't know why, but a work-around got the network going and the port has not been tried since.
Access to the repair shop is poor. It is somewhat difficult to find, and I was glad for a 4x4 truck with high ground clearance to enable easy in-and-out. I know regular cars can make it, but with leaves filling low spots, the high ground was hard to find.
Yes, I would be a return customer, hence the 5 stars.

Provided by YP.comThis is the third computer Chuck has fixed for me this year. I pulled this one out of my attic where it has been stored for the last two years. Chuck updated and cleaned it up so it runs like new again.

I have had Chuck Spires work on my computer a few times and everytime he has done an
exceptional job. If anybody has a computer problem in the future you should let Chuck work
on it. You will not be sorry. He is a very good person to work with. He will always answer
your phone call but I don't think I would call him in the middle of the night!!!!. So,
don't forget to call Chuck when you need someone that know all there is to know about

Provided by YP.comChuck has always been available when I need his help, no matter whether it's an answer to a question or computer repairs that need to be made, and he has always made proper repairs to my computers in a timely manner. For these reasons, I wouldn't consider using anyone else to service my computers.

Provided by YP.comCHUCK HAS WORKED ON TWO OF MY COMPUTERS NOW AND THEY WORK BETTER THAN WHEN I FIRST GOT THEM. HE WAS QUICK, AND LET ME KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WAS NEEDED. i BELIEVE THAT HE CHARGED US A FAIR PRICE FOR ALL OF THE WORK THAT HE DID.
P.S. HE WAS ABLE TO RESTORE PICTURES THAT I HAD BEEN TOLD WE UNRETREAVEBLE FROM MY LAP TOP. THEY WERE VERY IMPORTANT.
