Thanks to computer aid I have my computer back up and running just like I wanted. My computer started giving me a problem cutting on yesterday. I call chuck and he was able to find and fix the problem in one day.

Yes Chuck did a fine job fixing my computer. I was most impressed by the details in which he provided me concerning how the repair was performed. He left me with a feeling of confidence that the issue had been properly repaired. I will not hesitate in calling on or recommending Computer Aid again should the need arise.

Very nice job. A security job that went haywire and I called chuck and he took care of it like he always does. I trust Chuck with my network and he works very well with me.

I installed some software on my computer and when it rebooted I got nothing but a black screen. I did everything I knew to do short of using my CD's. I didn't want to loose my pictures. I called Computer Aid and Chuck was so nice. He came to my house and within an hour he had my computer running just fine.

Computer aid did some upgrades for me so I could use some software needed for my job. They did it in one day and I have had no problems since I got it back. I will use them again and I recommend them

I bought a computer from Chuck and I can say it has been a fine computer. It works flawlessly and it surfs just fine. I do defiantly recommend Chuck to all. He does very good work and I know that first hand.

I had a very different experience with computer aid than what I thought I would have. I took my hp laptop in for service. Upon inspection chuck called me to explain what was wrong and then proceeded to explain to me that this was a ongoing problem with this model. So much so that hp had automatically extending the warranty for my model. Chuck told me it would be free to send it back to hp for them to fix it instead of paying him to fix it. I agreed with him of course. When I went to pick it up a couple of days(I dropped it off to chuck on my way out of town) later chuck explained to me that he had already called hp and gave them the info they needed and that I should get the box in the mail that very same day to send it back. He said he went on to do it because even with the hp extended warranty it was getting close and he wanted to make sure they did not try to say it had expired.



Even though I cannot speak for the work he does I know he is very trustworthy. For someone to give me the info he gave me when he could have made money off of me, that's enough alone for me to recommend computer aid to people that read this.These days people are out only to make a buck. Chuck was out to save me as much as he could even if he lost a job.

Thank you Computer Aid for a good job. I needed my laptop repaired where you plug in the power cord. It was real loose and would not power on. Got it back and it's working good.

I had a faily new computer. Just a little out of warrenty. It would not cut on one morning. Because I need my computer so much I started calling around and finally took it to Computer Aid. He called me to tell me what was wrong with it and the part he needed to get to fix it was no longer being made. I had to have the same exact part to make it fit correctly. I just couldn't see throughing it out. Chuck told me to let him work on it to see if he could locate a good used replacement part. He had told me what part it was with the model number also and told me to look around also. I found that he was telling me the truth. No one had this part that I could find. I even called Sony myself and they told me they would never have this part because all the sold models were beyound any warrenty contract.

I had started talking to Chuck about just trading this one in to him and have him build me another. Right in the middle of this Chuck called me to let me know he had found a new replacement part . The sound in his voice told me he was just as happy about this as I was. We had all but finshed the trade in to have him build me another. I found that to show he was most honest because he could have built me another one (and I was ready to do it)and then fixed my old one to resell.

I have had it back now for a couple of weeks and everything works very well.



The reason I am making this so long is I really want to drive home the fact that it's hard enough to find someone that really knows what they are doing when it comes to computer, but to also find someone with such intergrity that they will work this hard to find a discontuied part as he did, thats a guy you hang on to. I feel if anyone reading this dosnt call and atleast talk to Chuck, they are doing them self a diservice indeed.

I must say that computer aid is the place to go to . Chuck explained everything to me and kept me informed about what was going on. He did a very nice job in fixing my computer and I fully trust him. The price was not bad at all.

Chuck worked very hard and went through a lot to get my computer working and I know I did not make his job easy by any means. He was also very fair with his pricing, which a lot of computer repair businesses try to gauge the price for any kind of significant labor. Most importantly, he got my computer to run at the same capacity as when I first got it. I will definitely reference Chuck and will gladly do business with him in the future!

I had memory put in my computer. It was done in one day and it's running great. I was able to give him memory I had already instead of having to buy it from him. Thank you computer aid.
