CHUCK HAS WORKED ON TWO OF MY COMPUTERS NOW AND THEY WORK BETTER THAN WHEN I FIRST GOT THEM. HE WAS QUICK, AND LET ME KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WAS NEEDED. i BELIEVE THAT HE CHARGED US A FAIR PRICE FOR ALL OF THE WORK THAT HE DID.



P.S. HE WAS ABLE TO RESTORE PICTURES THAT I HAD BEEN TOLD WE UNRETREAVEBLE FROM MY LAP TOP. THEY WERE VERY IMPORTANT.

I had picked up a lot of virus activity on my laptop.It was causing my browser to crash every 10 to 15 minutes and giving me constant virus warnings locking up my screen.I called Chuck,explained my problem,and he told me what he was sure it was.I dropped my laptop off,and Chuck called me letting me know what he was doing as he was working on it.In just a few days Chuck had my laptop back running for a very reasonable price.If you need work on a computer,Chuck is the person you need to be talking too. I bought a very nice computer here a few months ago. It has worked very well for me but I decided to get a gaming computer for my son for christmas. I talked to check and he told me he was building one to sell and I could be the first to look at it when he was done. My husband was laid off during the summer from his job and just was called back. I loved the computer Chuck was building and after looking online at what another computer with these specs would cost I knew it was a good deal. Chuck was willing to let me pay half now and post date a check for the other half for 2 weeks after christmas. He didn't do this so he could sell it because another woman was there looking at it when I was. She wanted it also. Long story here I know but he let me get it and pay half because he and I had already talked about it and told the other woman he would have another one done right after christmas if she was willing to wait. I want to thank Chuck for doing this because it is going to make my sons christmas complete. To forgo the whole payment from the other person and go through with my deal where he will only get half up front shows that he does care and it's not always about the money. Good work, good person equals ............. he will get all of my computer work. Thanks again Chuck

I had a virus warning come up and didn't understand it. I have used Computer Aid before. After explaining to Chuck what I was getting on my computer Chuck told me to hang up and call the my bank and explain to them what he was telling me about this virus. Long story short. My bank confirmed there had been activity on my account and I had them close my account. Not sure how that is gonna work out but if I had not called Computer Aid I would be in a world of hurt because I would have never thought about this and my bank for a few more days I am sure. Computer Aid has since cleaned up my computer and now I just need to clean up the mess at the bank.

Called on computer aid to get some viruses off my hard drive. He was able to do it within a day and I was back up and running as good as ever. Thank you sir.

My hard drive died on my laptop. I have never used computer aid before this but I have used another place in town and found them to be very difficult to work with.

My experince with Chuck was much more satisfing. He ordered and replaced my hard drive with no loss of any data in less than a week. The last shop I used it took them 2 weeks to just find out what was wrong and then another month to repair it. Computer Aid stayed in contact with me and did a very good job in an amazingly fast amount of time. The other shop when I asked them why was it taking so long had excuse after excuse. Computer Aid, when I asked him how he was able to do this so fast he said thats how we try to do things here. Well he did it fast and did it right because my laptop is faster than I ever remember it being. Thanks Computer Aid

Computer Aid did a fine job in recovering the data off my laptop after I drooped it out the window of my big truck. I learned 2 important life lessons here. Never prop your laptop against your truck window and forget that you did it. And NEVER EVER trust anyone but computer Aid with my computer.I very highly recommend Chuck and Computer Aid.

I just needed a couple of upgrades done to my system and computer aid did a very nice job. helped me decide what to upgrade and did the upgrades pretty fast.

The first computer was a emachine and it is still running strong but now that I have my wireless dsl going I wanted another. This is an hp and it's a good machine as far as I am concerned. Both computers were under $200 and they do everything I need them to do. I wouldn't buy one from anyone else. You ROCK Chuck

Chuck did what he said he would do. My computer is running great. I am impressed with his communication. When I was calling around no one answered there phone except Computer Aid. No fluke however because he stayed in touch with me durning the whole time he had my computer. Thanks Chuck

based on my experience computer aid was a pleasure to deal with. I don't think you can go wrong with them.

COMPUTER-AID IS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK ON P C OR LAPTOPS. MY LAPTOP HAS BEEN HIT 3 DIFFERENT TIMES IN THE PAST 6-8 MTHS. THE FIRST TIME THAT IT WAS HIT I DIDN'T KNOW WHO TO CALL THAT I COULD TRUST TO FIX MY LAPTOP. I CALLED SEVERAL DIFFERENT PLACES BEFORE I CALL COMPUTER-AID,WHEN I CALLED AND TOLD CHUCK ABOUT MY PROBLEM TO ME CHUCK WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND SEEM TO BE UP TO DATE ON WHAT I WAS GOING THRU WITH MY LAPTOP.HIS SHOP IS NEXT DOOR TO HIS HOME NOT A LOT OF OVERHEAD AND THAT MEANS THAT YOU CAN SAVE A LOT OF MONEY WHEN HE WORKS ON ANY COMPUTER THAT YOU HAVE. I HIGHLY RECOMMENED HIM HE IS VERY HONEST AND SOMEONE THAT YOU CAN TRUST.

Computer Aid did me a goodjob. My computer wouldn't start and they fixed it in one day.

Needed a better harddrive installed on my Vista load of crap. Computer Aid put a larger hard drive in and also transfered everything over so I wouldnt loose anything. Great place.

If I could get my memory as easy as Chuck was able to fix my computers memory I would be set. Thanks Chuck. Computer Aid is great.

The power jack on my laptop broke. A friend of mine told me the same thing happened to hers and it was a very expense to fix. Computer aid was able to fix mine without much trouble or expense. I told my girlfriend about the cost and she paid $90 more than I did and she waited 3 weeks to get it back. I waited 8 days counting the weekend. I am happy. So I definalty recommend Chuck to everyone.
