I bought a computer for my daughter. It was a rebuilt one that he had. She has been very happy with it and we both have recommended him to one of her friends mothers. I am recommending him to you out there reading this also. He does very good work and is very nice.

Doctor he is! Chuck didn't heal me from any disease but he sure prevented a nervous breakdown. All hell broke loose when my laptop decides to die on me (after I spilled cofee right on the keyboard) in the middle of a VERY important project. UghhhH!!



Luckily, I had his number from his sign at hand and gave him a call. First thing he tells me is to immediately remove the battery from the laptop and ask that I bring it in. Who knew...leaving the battery in may have damaged it more. This guy not only salvaged my hard drive but he also loaded my files on my desktop, enabling me to complete my project while my laptop had its motherboard replaced.



Horrible experience, though glad to have seen the Dr. I'm now set up with a backup system so that in the event that disaster strikes, I'm ready with a backup. All this thanks to this guy.



To sum up, I finished my project on time, closed the deal, got my laptop repaired, and now I have a new tech support team in one person.



It sure is good to know that there's someone honest at the end of the other line when bad luck strikes a novice computer user like myself.

I would like to say Computer Aid treated me right from the time I walked into the door till they delivered my computer back to me the next day. My computer was giving me popups and I couldn't do anything with it. Chuck was able to tell me what was wrong and he was able to fix it and get it back to me about 24 hours later. Also when he brought me my computer there was a UPS delivery, a rather large box and he offered to carry it upstairs for me so I wouldn't have to wait for my husband to come home. My computer is working just fine now and it will only be Computer Aid for now on.

My problem was simple. But Chuck handled it well. He added my memory and never tried to sell me anything more than what I went in for.

My hard drive went out during what I consider after hours but when I called Chuck answered and told me to bring it on in. He had my new hard drive installed and ready the next morning. Thank you Chuck.

Very through. He is really the first computer repair guy to do what he said he would do. He actually called me. Can you believe that. A computer guy who actually called you to communicate with you to let you know how things were going. Unheard of. I have always had to call and hunt down my computer guys in the pass. He called me to let me know what the diagnostics were showing,he called me to check with me about my data on the hard drive AND HE CALLED WHEN HE WAS DONE. This is someone who is doing what is right and he cares. I even asked for one of his signs to put on my lawn. Long live Computer Aid.

This guy is by far the best computer repair tech that I have ever dealt with. he is fast, reliable and he really knows what he is doing. My computer was really slow and not reliable to use. I would get obscene pop up ads that you wouldn't want your kids to see. After computer aid fixed my computer; it is running exceptionally well and faster than when I first purchased it. He has great support, and always, always tells you the truth. My advice, bring your troubled computer or laptop to Computer Aid.

Went to Computer Aid after I dropped my computer. Within a couple of days they installed a new keyboard that worked as well as the last one. Very good service.

My wifes computer crashed. I got her a new one but found I needed stuff off of her hard drive. I knew enough to slave her drive to my computer but it wouldn't show up. Beyound that I was out of options. I called around and ended up taking the hard drive to Computer Aid. He was able to get my data and he put it on a dvd for me. It's all there. In my case he did very good work and I will use him again. If I had known about him ahead of time I would have bought a computer there for my wife instead of going to Best Buy.

My norton showed I had 60 viruss. I had not been running any virus scanner till I was not able to get on line one morning. I went to one store and they said my only option was to reinstall. I don't want the expence of having to reinstall. Chuck however talked to me about getting rid of the viruss and and the pros and cons of reinstalling or not reinstalling. We diceded to attempt to remove the viruss and it has now been 2 weeks. I think I am out of the woods now.I have scanned with Norton,McAfee and a few others to make sure. I am impressed with chuck and the time he spent explaining things to me. I would recommend him very highly.

I own a Macbook Pro (one of the really nice ones) and one day at breakfast my son knocked it off the table, cracking the screen in the process. I took it to Chuck and he was able to fix the screen for a lot less that others in town and it only took 2 days. Service was good and my laptop was put back together well, no scuffing anywhere on the case. Highly recommended!

Computer Aid has always done a good job for me. Chuck has worked on my and my wifes computer a number of time over the years and neither of us has had any problems. He always makes up feel good about calling him for his free phone support anytime we have a need to do so. I trust his work and highly recommend him.

I needed some new memory. Computer aid installed the memory while I waited. I was back home with my computer in about an hour. That works for me.

I took my computer to chuck to see about upgrading or buying a new one. He and I talked it over and he suggested that some upgrades would make it Vista compatatable and we could do it for half the price of a new computer with Vista. Thanks chuck. It is working fine and I am very happy.

I took my computer to Chuck and told him to make it faster. He did. I am happy with it. Use him everyone, he is good.

Computer aid removed avirus from my computer and it's running like it's supposed to run. My norton said I had 5 new viruses. I don't know how I got them but computer aid was able to get rid of them and I am back to normal.
