the Geetz people spent all day resolving the problems I had with my computer and I would have never got it solved if it wasn't for Max.Thank you for all you help.

Hi, my name is Ted Moses, and when I spoke with Lewis John today, he found that my computer was badly compromised by malicious hacker for almost a year. He set me up with tech Frank Smith and frank did a wonderful job getting rid of all viruses and helped me get my wifi hooked up with my printer, scanner, and fax. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO BOB SEAGLE. I HAD A PROBLEM HOOKING UP MY NEW PRINTER. BOB WAS EXTREMELY PERSISTANT IN RESOLVING THE ISSUE. HE WORKED WITH ME ON THE PHONE AND PROCEEDED TO FOLLOW UP FOR 2 DAYS SINCE IT HAD NOT BEEN RESOLVED. BOB FINALLY FIXED THE PROBLEM. I AM GOING TO RETURN THE NEW PRINTER I JUST PURCHASED. THANKS AND IT WAS GREAT WORKING WITH YOU!!

what a nightmare!it started with a call about my printer not working, only to find out my computer had a serious infection/virus.The staff were so kind and sympathetic to me but reassured me that they could address this with success, which they did.I learned about computers,drivers etc. just form this two day contact than I ever imagined.You might think their fees are excessive, but just ask yourself what is peace of mind worth to you.I won't have to worry about this again for another five years!I would highly recommend this service.
