David and Max were great in helping get my computer running again! Windows and our scanner had to be reinstalled and they did it quickly and efficiently! Thank you for your patience with me! I really appreciate all of your help!

David Williams cleaned 21G of junk off my laptop, and removed over 200 viruses! EEK! He was very patient, answering all my questions, and did a great job!

Spoke with Tappy and Ricky regarding what started out as printer problems and they were able to remotely "clean up" my messy computer that had a lot of issues. They could not have been more patient since I am a bit computer challenged! Loved their great knowledge!

They worked on my computer to make it faster and they did make it work better. But today I found out that my Therepist helper software was uninstalled after my computer was cleaned. My call was transfered to David and he not only reinstalled my therepist helper software in my computer but also recovered my medical/prescription files fo it. I am glad I chose them for help and I will continue to work with them. Thanks Francine Gemmill.

The Geekz helped me when my computer was infiltrated with Malware and Spyware. But the greatest thing was that I did not have to leave my house!

David Williams just finished working on my computer, and everything seems great. The fact that I don't have to leave the house is also terrific. Raul Smith did the initial troubleshooting, and he was also very knowledgeable and professional.

I have to say that I am very pleased with everyone that I came in contact with. They were expeditious, informed, and very understanding of my lack of tech savvy know-how. I can't say how thankful I am for all that they did and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of virus help!
