Provided by YP.comRaul Smith and David Williams both worked on my computer and setting up my new printer. They were very patient with me as I know nothing about the computer except how to use it. They were very professional and helpful. I am so happy to have people like them to help people like me. I would recommend them to everyone.

Provided by YP.comif I were able to rate The Geekz ten stars, I would do it without hesitation. My computer was in seriously bad shape...slooooo, freezing, unable to play videos, not starting, not shutting down, grinding, and virtually not usable. I started with Steve, then Tony, and finally Frank. Each person was patient, thorough, and professional. Frank, however, hit the grand slam! He saved me money by determining that I did not need a hard drive; he found product keys, drivers, and cleaners for me. They actually called back when they said they would. Imagine that! It is such a pleasure to work on my PC now. I am more than pleased with my relationship with The Geekz. Kudos for an excellent job!

It took a very long time - and I'm very surprised they didn't hang up on me or just down right quit. But they went the distance and tried EVERYTHING!! Boy, are they smart and courteous. Thanks. Provided by YP.comI would like to thank Mr. David Williams for his excellent customer service, which in my opinion is a" RARE" find these days. I became acquainted with Mr. Williams when my computer had reached a Critic Mass point of self destruction. All jokes aside, it was a nightmare created due to hackers attaching and spreading my account around the trade table. There were in short, a long long list of installations that had to be addressed. The most important thing that should be noted is ... he never gave up! when I already had resigned to purchasing a new device This process literally took two days of constant searching, loading and unloading way beyond any expectations I ever had. I want to personally thank him for his timely communications and his patience in dealing directly with me. It is not often you find this kind of customer service and " IF" I owned my own company I would hire him TODAY! The Greekz for their highly qualified staffing like Mr.Williams. Also, I am really greatfull for the opportunity to have him work on my computer as well as learning more in two days than I have in two years about the best procedures to use.. I am thrilled with the operation and truly don't think this system has ever worked this good. Thanks David! Sincerely, Eileen Faye Rushing

Provided by YP.comMy Geekz guys worked extremely hard on an unusual problem. It appeared resolved; appeared again; I called back and they worked again until they fixed the situation. Everyone with whom I spoke was pleasant and helpful. I would be delighted to recommend my guys to anyone with a computer issue. I promise to "talk them up."

Provided by YP.comThis is the wonderful experience I have had with The Geekz, I have never had such a troublesshoting experience prior, but after contacting them, they made me aware about securing the system and personal data. If I would have been 7 stars rating then it would have been given to them without even asking any question.

Provided by YP.comMy initial issue could not be solved on the first day due to technical issues with AVG cloud. Shawn left me a direct line to call the following day but when I did, he was not available. I needed to start using my computer on the third day so texted for additional help since I was now having slow computer responses. Gary took over, our line got cut off and during that time I got my call back from Shawn. He then conferred with and turned me back over to Gary. At this time I believe we are getting my problems solved...........Lois G.
