Wow! I loved that everything was ready for me even before I arrived. I loved not having to wait. Thank you. You should always have this service, the availability to schedule an appointment.

Would be nice if it was more obvious where to check in if you have an appointment. I wasn't sure, so I pulled a number and waited a little longer than I needed to. Scheduling on-line is awesome!

If you make an appointment like you’re asked to the entire process is quick. I had to do a 1 hour glucose test so I was there for a while and saw people complain. I think the staff was nice, and efficient. After my blood draw I felt very lightheaded and the gal who took my blood made sure I was 100% okay before letting me leave. The lab always has such amazing staff!

If you arrive at your exact appointment time you’ll be seen at that exact time. I arrived too early and had to wait until my appointment time, but was seen exactly at my appointment time. I’ll definitely use the appointment service again. Very efficient use of time.

Once we found it everything went great

the appt system was easy to use and it was refreshing to get service at designated time. and my 2 fav phlebotomists were there: Josephine and shirley.

what i found confusing was upon entering reception area, I didn't know if I shud go directly to window and check in because I had an appt or to do auto check in at kiosk and wait to be called.

overall. good experience. even with arriving 10 mins before appt time, I was in and out in 20 mins. that's a record first.
