Excellent experience however the check in desk computer was a slow boat. The lab tech that drew my specimen was superb.

If you’re not making appointments for lab work, you should be. After waiting 5 minutes in line to check in, I went straight back to the drawing chair. I felt bad by passing over all the people waiting but that is what being organized and prepared does.

The appointment system gets 10 out of 10.
I like it. They took me on time. I had my doubts about the doctor getting my lab results in one hour....but dam if you guys arent just that good. SIERRA HOTEL to all pf. Promtoe noe

As always the staff was professional and courteous. With the appointment system the wait time was almost non-existent (first time in several years) and I was in and out in approximately 15 minutes. Thank you for the outstanding service and experience!

Friendly staff.

I had an appointment, I arrived early and I was seen right away. The staff at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. The Phlebotomists were nice as well. No issues, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Staff was professional, friendly and very competent.

They completely forgot about me at my appointment but I will say they did apologize multiple times so I can appreciate that.

Personnel was exceptional in taking care of people with appointments in an expeditious manner, to prevent unnecessary waiting periods. They were very professional and it took me less than 10 minutes total for lab work to be done and business taken care of. I was very pleased and done for the day.

Amazing visit on the day before a long holiday weekend, the waiting room full of ticket holders, however I had an appointment time. I was in and out as planned. The staff and technicians were excellent as usual.

Great experience! Didn’t have to take a ticket, and I was processed in quickly. I was processed in and had my blood draw completed within 10 minutes. I would and will recommend that everyone make an appointment.

The Tech was friendly and professional. The procedure was totally painless and quick. It took longer to get up the ramp than the procedure.
