My stuff feels very safe and secure behind the security system here! The units were super clean, and the dollies and huge elevators make it really easy to bring stuff up and down from your unit. I'm very happy with my experience renting a unit here and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

It is a clean well managed facility. It has been very secure during this time when one hears differently about other storage businesses in Portland. Staff is pleasant and on top
of issues . I have been storing with them for 3 years and recommend them highly.

Staff is very accommodating, and made it a very seamless process.

All the staff are extremely friendly, super helpful, and are there to help make the process easier for you. The storage units are clean and super secure with key code entry for both the property and elevator access. They even have staff walk through the units ensuring each unit is locked up correctly and will call you if there is anything wrong. Highly recommend!

The facility and staff here are fantastic. They are constantly looking for ways to better themselves, update and upgrade before it is necessary— and they swiftly and resolutely deal with any issue that arise.

This place is very clean. I also Like the fact that there’s always a push cart readily available. The temperature is controlled and never an issue.

Great facility and customer service

Very Clean, well kept Storage Facility. Secure main entrance & access to elevators (both with codes required)! Absolutely NO worries about people getting in that shouldn't be there. They even have push carts for easily moving your items from the car, to the elevator, to your floor! Office Staff are all very friendly & helpful.
VERY easy process to get signed up & start storing your items at their facility! They even have specials/discounts from time to time, on storage units to make it more affordable. Highly recommend Security Public Storage!

We’ve stored our stuff here for nearly a year and have been extremely happy with the security and service. It’s in an ideal location - just off the freeway so if you have a U-Haul you don’t have to navigate too many city streets. As with any storage facility, the biggest concern is security. And Security Public Storage is locked up tight! The outside looks like Fort Knox. The main office is like a command center with TVs and monitors that never turn off. There are cameras everywhere. Each person has a security code they use to enter the facility and to use the elevators. That’s awesome. Once you’re inside, there are cameras at every turn and the place is always super clean and well-kept. There’s probably a few security snipers on the roof - but don’t quote me on that.

From the time we got to this facility we were treated with professionalism and expediency.
Adam was extremely helpful as he walked us through the steps of obtaining a storage unit.
Highly recommend this establishment.

Great service until they jacked up the price quite a little bit too almost double what I was paying during the promotion still okay locked in kind of now but overall worth it that's compared to other places in the area. Love the climate control and security onsite

Great service all employees so far have been very helpful. Facility is clean and the basement units we have a air conditioned and very cool. Great experience overall.
