Newer facility. Really clean and easy access. Convenience of having a few rental vehicles an added bonus. Carlos provided great service at signup and subsequent interaction with him and rest of staff has been very positive. Highly recommend SPS.

This is a very clean, convenient, and smart (security & technology) storage facility. I didn't know such storage facilities existed until now!

I’m so glad I found this place. I had a bad experience at another storage facility I’d been trying to rent from. When I called here, they were so incredibly helpful, and the unit was more affordable than the other place—and nicer! It’s very safe, secure, and clean. I love that they have carts and large elevators making things easy.

The space is better than I expected. I like that it’s a small business and that’s why I chose them. The facility is clean and easily accessible. You can back up trucks to the elevators and they have nice sized dollies readily available.

Extremely impressed with the cleanliness and security of this location. Access is remarkably efficient, quick, and painless. There are many access points and it made shuffling things to my unit very easy. The leasing process is transparent, simple, and 100% contact free. Ryan and staff were prompt and helpful in answering my questions— so despite not having any face to face contact, the customer service is also top notch.

I walked in on a busy Saturday a couple of weeks ago and was greeted by Ryan, who was so incredibly helpful. The process of moving into my unit was seamless. I was surprised that some of the best customer service I had ever received was at a Storage Place! The folks there are super helpful, and I feel like my property is well protected. They told me they've never had a break-in, and that put my mind at ease! Very glad to be in business with these kind folks!

I needed to find a storage facility in Portland quickly and called SPS to check on availability and pricing. The staff was so helpful and they made the process really easy to contract virtually with Covid-19 still such a thing. The facility is clean and secure, they had plenty of carts for us to use and we were able to unload quickly. I highly recommend, the location in NW Portland is perfect and the ability to access whenever you want is also such a plus.

I highly recommend Security Public Storage in northwest Portland. The service is spectacular. The facilities are spotless and cool. Their price is competitive. After looking around at a few others nearby, this is the best storage facility in the area.

The unit is great! There are no hidden fees and renting the unit was super easy. I am really glad I went with this company. They were the most transparent storage unit I talked to.

This is my second review for Security Public Storage on NW Vaughn St in Portland. I've been renting storing units for several months and am very happy with the facility. It's very clean with secure but easy access. They even post a personalized welcome note when you type in your access code! I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

Ryan and Angela were super friendly over the phone and via email. The process to set up and fill in the paperwork were done online, which I appreciated greatly. The facility itself was clean and fairly easy to navigate.

Ryan the manager is very professional. The storage facility itself is immaculately clean. The access is very secure and easy for storage clients to enter. Very cool that when you leave with your passcode that your individual storage space is alarmed and secure. Highly recommend this place and location is super easy to access from anywhere in Portland

When I first went to rent a space the staff was very helpful showing me different size units since it was hard for me to visualize the size I needed without seeing them. They were great answering my questions. They are very nice and the place is open now so I can go once in a while and find some things that I need.

The place is very clean, although it can be confusing to find one’s way, my space is not far from the elevator so I have it very easy. It also feels secure and my stuff will be in good shape when it’s time to move on.
