This review reflects only on the service provided to me insofar at time of signing up the Rental Agreement. Tina Tillery, the onsite manager, has been very polite and thorough. She addressed all my questions and needs. She has given me the opportunity to evaluate different options in the market to make an informed decision. Storage Public Storage is indeed the right choice for me at this time.

I had a great experience working with the team to get set up. Not only were they easy to work with, they provided a thorough service and were very friendly. When I had to call back later to finalize my selection, a new person was able to take over and knew everything I already needed so I didn’t have to start the process over.

The process is smooth and easy and the facility is very clean and accommodating. I highly recommend this business for your storage needs! The team is also very helpful and kind.

The space is very clean and customer service is top notch. Everything is very secure as you need a code to go in and out and use the elevators. I would definitely recommend this storage facility if you want storage for a good price with lots of security!

It’s been easy to not worry about my stuff while searching for a home. It’s also easy to pay the monthly fee.

Security public storage is a nice storage kind of okay location secure easy to get to off the freeway inside units some outside units gated entry good deals and open till 10:00

These units are clean and secure and my unit is easy to access, I’ve never had trouble finding parking or having to wait for others. They provide a cart when available and the elevators are large enough for anything you’ll need to store. The staff is friendly and always helpful.

I feel that my goods are clean, dry and secure at Security Public Storage. It’s been 2 years now and the service is consistent! Wish all businesses were run so efficiently.

Security Public Storage is clean and feels very safe. The staff is responsive and timely. They send notices via email and text so you are able to stay informed on your unit and fees. My only comment is to check out the elevator size prior to moving. We had a couple pieces of equipment we couldn’t fit in the elevator despite them being able to fit in the actual unit size. Staff was helpful in trying to help navigate the elevator issue, but ultimately it didn’t work out for those items.

SPS facility in NW Portland is clean and secure. It is a gated facility with cameras all over the places. The units are clean too and the elevators are spacious. Only thing that could use some improvement is the carts. There are 2 carts per elevator and they are not in the best condition. But nonetheless, this is and has been my choice of storage facility in Portland.

This place is the best storage facility, it’s always clean and properly maintained. I’m never worried about the safety of my things. The staff is always responsive and helpful as well.

I highly recommend SPS. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I worked closest with Tianna who was amazing and there for all of my needs and questions. The storage facility itself is new, safe, and very clean. I was impressed by how easy the set up & move in process was.

This was my first experience renting a storage unit, and Tianna was very helpful and friendly. She answered all of my questions and walked me through the options and helped me decide what was best for my situation. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well looked after. Would highly recommend for anyone in the Portland area.

I called initially, because I was not sure what size storage unit I would need based on all my belongings. We spoke in detail about my the best way to store everything for efficiency and in protection of my large furniture. It made me feel confident in picking the right unit for me.
The first day of my lease was really easy. I got a tour of the facilities and shown how to use my security code in the main places it is required. (This is also reenforces the genuine level of security of this facility). I was shown my unit and discussed further the optimal way to use the space.
Move in day, went very smoothly. There was plenty of space for the truck to unload and the freight elevators were large and in the PNW, they were sheltered from the elements. I have recommend this facility to many friends!

This place is so close to our house and they have been great. I called and got a space available the next day! They have great customer service and happy I choose them.

So far so good . Clean safe . Courteous. Wish the hours were better for gate access but it is indoors so
