Friendly and clean. I appreciate that it was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and so far I am impressed.

We went looking at storage facilities and were the most impressed with this place. It is very clean, well organized and the prices were fair. The sales person who helped us was very helpful and friendly. We have been storing my mother's many items from her home, and it has been very easy and worked out perfectly. We love the location, as it is not too far from where we live. ALL GOOD!

A great storage unit! Staff are always friendly and ready to help. Units are easy to get in and out of, and the lease terms are flexible. Would highly recommend for anyone in the Portland area! Easiest storage experience I’ve had!

I have only had great experiences with SPS! They answered all my questions! They took me on a tour, suggested the best unit, answered my calls, answered my emails, were friendly! Facilities are clean and modern! Highly recommend.

I have been renting with Security Public Storage since this past summer....In the beginning I was not sure what I wanted to do....The staff was very helpful in showing me all the options and giving me plenty of time to make my decisions....and when I changed my mind....they worked with me....I returned 1 month later and they gave me the same unit.....discounts are amazing....and opportunities to receive more discounts are there for you to take advantage of.....This is a beautiful buidling and they have made every effort to make it secure and safe....It is a big step above anything else out there....and fits right into the environment of our Northwest neighborhoods....first class operation....Talk to Carlos....he will help you understand how to make your transitions in life much easier....Security Public Storage Rocks!

This storage facility is super clean and efficiently run. Was in an out with my stuff. I have two units that I am renting there and have been completely satisfied with the whole set up thus far.

I’ve rented from many and this is by far the best storage facility in town. Clean, good staff and accessibility make this a 5 star location.

I’ve used several storage facilities through the years and SPS at the NW Portland location is the best of my experiences to date. There is ample room to park so that you don’t feel crowded and blocked in or blocking someone in just because more than 2 people showed up at the same time.
Separate auto entrance gate and exit gate is also helpful.
Good choices of unit sizes for the perfect fit.
New place so clean and nice.
I haven’t used it yet but I believe there’s an Amazon locker location just outside the office which could be helpful for receipt and storage of items.

I really appreciate all the help Carlos has given me! I rented a unit from California, and Carlos was very helpful in getting the right unit at the right price. There are no hidden fees like many other storage companies, and I can cancel at anytime with no fees. It's a convenient location off the Fremont Bridge with easy access, and the extra security at this facility is great. The building is new, ad there are carts to help you load and transport boxes, and conveniently located bathrooms. I want to thank Carlos for going the extra mile and helping me out of a tight spot. I was in Washington state, and became ill, and I called him and asked if he would accept the trailer that was due that day, and let them know where to park it, and he even put a lock on it, and I promised to pay for that as well as soon as I was able to get down there. Very good customer service indeed.
