Chuck rocks! Very reliable and I found he is very reachable also, Chuck puts his competitors to shame. . .Cleveland is in need of more proprietor's that understand how to treat people. From fixing a friends single computer to servicing the needs of a my larger scale 40-person company, Chuck gets the job done!

Chuck is a wealth of knowledge to the point that I feel like I should be giving him money every time he offers his advice and wisdom on the phone. He's also a nice combination of warmth and good sense of humor, great guy to have running wires and climbing around the office!

Chuck upgraded my computer last week. As I expected he did a good job. I have used him for a while now and he has always done me right.

When my HD died I found chuck through his sign and began an email correspondence with him, He was super helpful and assisted me in picking a great new drive that was twice the size of the stock one I had in there. What's even better: He was able to provide me with 2 day service, the upgraded HD and the labor all at a cheaper rate than I think I could get from anywhere. Hell yeah!



It's a small operation run out of the back of his home, but don't let that get to you. He is really a professional and does a great job.

I've worked with a lot of IT people over the years. I've never met one as reliable, professional and detailed as Chuck. He guarantees his work, explains what was going on, does what he says, he is the only IT person I need for now on.

I would just like to say that computer aid has repaired my computer a couple of times. 3 weeks ago I bought a used rebuilt computer from them and it has done fine. No problems. I trus chuck to take care of me when it comes to my computers. Others could learn from him.

this company is very efficient,was able to diagnose and fix the problem ..i had a very big problem two days before vacation with my laptop.he was here and my laptop was up and running by that afternoon..i will recommend computer aid for all your computer needs.. I first found computer aid when I needed some data recovered.He did the job after two others in town said the data was unrecoverable. Computer aid did it and the price was very good. Since that time I have bought a used computer and also had another built for me, computer aid also this past week took care of a booting problem I had on another work computer. Computer aid has never let me down and the price always seems right. I trust them to do me a good honest job. I dont think think you can go wrong with them.

Computer aid did me a good job. Called him on sunday and got my laptop back tuesday morning. The price was pretty good and so far no problem with anything.

I took my mothers computer to computer aid and cannot be happier with the results. Not only did he fix my computer correctly he entertained my kids. He knows what he is doing under the hood of a computer and he knows how to treat people. My kids loved him and any time the computer does anything they don't agree with they want to visit chuck.
