Provided by YP.comI like mine also. It's loaded with everything I need. Does what I want and no problems at all. It's been a couple of weeks and it has run pretty much 24-7. Plays my games, does my work. I think I came out better than if I had got one that was brand new. Thanks for the deal.

Provided by YP.comI bought a computer from computer aid just after Christmas I looked at new ones and even with thesales I couldn't find one within my budget that I thought would do what I wanted to do. I looked at a computer that chuck had just rebuilt and I compared a lot and decided on this system. Spec's wise no one could touch it. 320 gb hard drive, 1gb of memory very nice motherboard,cd burner, processor speed was Pentium 4 3 ghtz and it had windows xp that I love. I hate my laptop windows vista system. That's why I really wanted a desktop. I paid $200 for this system and it smokes. He is now working on building me another one like this for my office. I know a bit about computers and I know I got a good system.

Provided by YP.comI had a virus. Chuck removed it and everything seems to be fine now. I think the price was ok. I did call a couple of places, none gave me a price without me having to take it to them. Chuck gave me a price but also explained he needed to see it before I could hold him to it. He came across as a honest person that knows what he is doing. Thats why I took it to him.

Provided by YP.comI wanted to add a hard drive to my system for my pictures and music. I talked to Chuck and I thought he suggestions were on the mark for what I wanted. He didn't try to over sell me anything. That's enough to make me want to use him again.

Repeat customers are the backbone of my business. I do not discount so I can say hey here is a discount. But for my repeat customers they do get a little extra. Often on a house call they may ask that while I am here can I look at this or that. I do it without adding to the bill, or a repeat customer may call and tell me their computer had a small problem this morning. I tell them to run it out and I fix it without charging them, or I try to get by there to look at it and not charge. Or if I am working on a repeat customers computer in the shop. I put in 3 hours of shop time but only charge them for one hour, very often when I am placing a part on a repeat customers computer. I will only charge them my cost for that part. So I try to do as much as I can when I can to lower the cost as much as I can. But I do not necessarily tell the customer they received a discount. I would like to add here. With our current economic environment. I understand the need to save my customers as much money as I can. I am always trying to find ways to do this. I work very hard to walk the line of making a profit and also saving my customers as much money as possible. This is a very difficult line to walk these days. For my past, current or future customers. If you ever think I am charging to much. Please feel free to question my charges. I will not be offended. I try to have a good line of communication with my customers. I feel you deserve that. Chuck

Provided by YP.comI had a major problem with my computer. I was preparing for an exam and my computer shut down and would not cut back on. I went to panicking. I was in my car trying to get it up and I remembered Chucks sign. I drove to where I had seen the sign and I called him. I explained my problem and told him my exam was less than 2 hours and I needed my computer. He told me he would meet me half way to save travel time . We met in a parking lot and he told me to wait. He went to his car and in 30 minutes he came back to my car and asked me to check it. IT WAS WORKING.
Now this is service. I am so thankful that I remembered his sign. I don't think anyone else would have cared enough to act this fast so I could meet my deadline.

Provided by YP.comI needed a better video card and more memory. I took computeraid my computer on monday morning and he called me at 11:25 and I was able to pick it up when I took my lunch. Checked everything out and it's smoking. Now I can really enjoy my games I got at chritmas.

Provided by YP.comI am a 15 year IT guy with a company here in Chattanooga. I am not going to mention the name. I was having a hardware issue that I had worked on for 2 days on and off. I have in the pass called Chuck at Computer Aid to ask his opinion on things IT related. I have found him to be a strong resource for me. I called and ran the problem by him, while he continued working on what he was doing he and I brain stormed this problem. It took 30 minutes for he and I to hit the correct fix. He has never been paid for any of the times I have called him but he is always eager to help me attack any issue I have called him about. That is why I am leaving this review. Chuck knows his stuff and I am very grateful for his free help.

He was very respectfull and when he was done he took extra time to double check things and make sure it was working right. He answered all of my questions and I am very happy with his service.
