I bought a computer from chuck. For $125.00 I think I got a great computer for my needs. Found him through one of his signs and I am glad I saw it. He was very smart and was not trying to push a more expensive computer. Thanks

Computer aid was terrific. Service was the best and Chuck was so helpful. I would suggest that anyone call them before they consider any other company for there computer service needs.

Chuck fixed my computer and it was at a reasonable price. I had a bad virus and he managed to save alot of info for me, I work on-line with my computer so i needed it back quickly and he also managed to do that. Thank you very much and God Bless yoy and Yours!

Was having a couple of problems. Talked to chuck on the phone and got directions to his shop. I am a bit north of cleveland but I am glad I took it to chuck. Things went fine. He did the job and did it right because all the problems are gone and computer is working fine.

I got a computer from Chuck and it has worked well. I didn't need much and he had one that was just right for what I was going to be doing. He didn't try to sell me anything more than what I asked him about. He had a couple of computers that were more money but he never mentioned them after I told him what I needed to do. He put no pressure on me and he gave me a chair to sit in and told me to try the computer out as long as I wanted. I thought this was great.

Chuck came from cleveland to eastridge and fixed my puter. I couldn't get the local guys here that fast. Why is it most computers shops hate house calls. Chuck, I like the way you do bisseness. Keep it up.

I needed a couple of upgrades. Memory and a second hard drive. Chuck was able to do this within 24 hours of my call to him. And his price was very reasonable. I have used a couple places around town over the years but none have ever treaded me as well as Chuck. He is the only person I will use from now on. Thank you .

I bought a computer from computeraid and it has checked out to be perfect. This computer has served me very well after 1 month. My brother visited. He works on computers also but lives up north. He said I got a great deal for the price I paid. This computer is less than 1 year old and I got it for half of what a new one would have cost me. I am very happy.

Thank you Chuck for saving my files. My hard drive was making some sounds and took it in for chuck to look it over. He said my hard drive was bad. He replaced the hard drive and saved my files.

I needed more memory and called chuck. He was able to install it while I wited and had the best price I had found. The computer works fine now and I know he did it right.

I was in the market for a good computer. Chuck has worked on my moms computer in the past. My mom suggested I call him to see if he had any computers for sale. To make a long story short. I got a great computer from him. This computer was priced right and I was able to sit down and test it out for atleast an hour. I thought I was going to drive him nuts with questions but he encouraged me to ask all I wanted. I have had the computer 2 months and no problems. It's fast and does everything I need and it is up to date. I paid 1/4 of what I would have paid for a new computer. Thank you Chuck for saving me some money.

I have had a very bad experience in the past with a company doing computer repair for me in the past. However my daughter MADE me go looking for someone to fix my computer after I went 2 months with it not turning on. After taking my computer to computer aid my experience was anything but negative. This place was wonderful! They were able to fix it faster and much less expensive than I would have ever even considered it could have been done.

My computer went nuts opening up windows on it's own and making sounds like I have never heard. I called a few places to see what it could be and computer aid was the only place that talked to me in a way that made me feel human. I have lived in Cleveland for 6 years and have never been treated as rudely as the computer repair stores in this town treated me that day. When Chuck got on the phone he was so kind and took the time to talk to me and explain what he thought the problem may be.

He got my computer from me and did the work he said for the price he said. It's been a week now and my computer is working perfect. I have already recommended him to someone and I will recommend him from here on out.

Based on how he treated me and did what he said, this is a wonderful man. The only one I will use.
