Provided by YP.comI bought a used computer from computer aid a couple months ago. I was a bit worried but over the last 2 months it has proven to be everything he said it would be. Works fine with no problem yet. You have to like it when you get a newer computer than than the one you were going to have repaired and it less exspisive than repairing the older one.

Provided by YP.comI want to thank chuck for fixing my computer. I called him and explained my problem and he was like no problem run it by. I said huh and he said bring it by . He fixed by that afternoon and i finshed my school work.

Provided by YP.comComputer Aid took my computer in and confirmed that my hard drive was bad and he they installed a new drive as well as transferred my old hard drive to my new hard drive and they did it all in less than 24 hours. I went in and he had computers everywhere that he was working on. But he still got mine fixed and back to me in under 24 hours. Unheard of, now I am back online with not lost data.Great is an understatement. Unbelievable is more like it.

Provided by YP.comWe recently had our server go down and I needed a technician in a out of the way location to be my eyes and ears and help me get us back up and running. I contacted Computer Aid through there site and after explaining my problem he was able to be here within 2 hours and very quickly proved the he was a qualified Cisco CCNA technician. Chuck quickly isolated the problem and had our network repaired and server back up in just minutes. Chuck also went out of his way to help us fix another Dell server, remove spy ware, and set up remote access from that location. Chuck in my opinion is the most qualified Microsoft MCP or A+ tech I have seen work. The best thing however, is the way he treated me. He talked so I could understand him and was very good at explaining things so that I felt that I had learned something after he left. After 1 week we have had no problem and I wanted to call and thank him again. I highly recommend computer aid. Fast responce time, very nowledgeable,friendly............... just down right good. What more can I say.

Provided by YP.comChuck has worked on a couple of my computers and I have never had a problem with anything he has done. I had to call him yesterday to ask him about something my gateway had started doing that was bothering me. He talked me through how to fix that on the phone and I am very happy he was able to do that. I have and will recommend him to everyone. He is very helpfull, very respectfull and he understands that money is tight these days for everyone.

Provided by YP.comI almost about threw my three -year old Dell desktop away due to serious virus infestation when I came across Chuck's roadside advertisement..I called and took the computer to him and within a couple of days,I got my computer back.Not only had he removed all the viruses,he even managed to save almost all of my corrupted files.My computer was restored to its near new conditions.And his charges were very reasonable too!!!.
Thanks Chuck,you are an awesome guy.

Provided by YP.comI found this company in the yellow pages and decided to phone for a solution to a computer problem. I had already had one company tell me that I would have to bring my tower in so they could fix the problem and another company I phoned told me they had no idea how to fix the problem. I explained the problem to Mr. Spires and he said he had not had anyone with this problem for a while and asked that I give him my e-mail address and he would send me the step-by-step instructions. THIS HE DID IS JUST A LITTLE WHILE. The problem was solved as soon as I followed his instructions. I would recommend him to solve your computer problems and will do so very promptly. I definiately have found someone for future problems.

Provided by YP.comDr.Chuck has taken my baby 2 times. Both times I thought it to be rather serious. But I knew it was in good hands. Both times my baby pulled through just fine. I would trust no other Computer Dr. with my babe. He brought her back to life for me and I still had money left to by a good meal afterwards. If I ever have a problem with my baby baby computer {my ipod}............ he will fix it too. No one else touches this family.

Provided by YP.comI called him and he said I had a bad power supply. He replaced it while I was at work and I picked it up took it home and hey, I WORKED. Thats all I care about. He will be my guy in the future. Simple, fast and did as he said he would. ~Not many like that around these days~

Provided by YP.comHad a bad partition and Chuck got my data off the drive anyways. Then repaired the partition and I was able to reuse the hard drive and my data. Another shop told me the data was gone because the drive was no good any longer. He took a lot of time to explain to me what had happened and I know my trust was not misplaced. Using the same hard drive now for 3 months and have not found any data missing. Hats off to him. GOOD JOB

Provided by YP.comMy computer went down and I seen the little signs along the road so I called computer -aid. A very nice gentleman and answered the phone and gave me directions to get to the shop and that's when I met Chuck he fixed my computer in no time flat out was back and running I am retired and on a fixed income and I told Chuck couldn't afford to much this month and I thought he was a very fair to me and really treated me right. The other I had a problem called in on the phone he told what to do fixed it by right away. It's good to know you have someone to rely on in these times. He is also since repaired my daughter's computer. I am planning on building a new computer piece by piece and Chuck is offered to help me. I will definitely be back to thank you.HARRY W HAMPBELL

Provided by YP.comI had Chuck build me a computer from scratch one year ago. I have never had a single problem from this computer. It runs fast and smooth. Chuck has always been there to help in every way possible. Even though I know live across the country I can still call him and ask a question and he is always willing to help in any way possible. I need a program or want something new installed, he will get me the program and guide me to a complete install. The next time I am in the market for a computer, it will ONLY be a Chuck. Thank you Chuck for all your help and wonderful service!

Provided by YP.comI have had computers for some time now and am outraged at the cost of repair. Since finding Computer Aid, I bring Chuck all my puter problems. He's built 2 computers for my grown kids & he's kindly worked on mine at a moments notice. I not only get a working computer, but he explains to me what the problem was and how to avoid it in the future. I did call 2 other Computer shops and once I told them my problem, they said it wasnt worth it! I was appauled at there unprofessionalism. Chuck does an awesome job and I have recommened him to all my friends. They also are very satisfied with his work. Thanks Chuck. Without you my business I do on my computer would be lost forever. Provided by YP.comCalled this guy and he started telling me how bad other services were in the area and then he burned my motherboard. I Had to call a real Certified Technician to come to my home and fix his screw up. Don't use anyone who advertises on a paper sign on a wooden stick. His work is as sorry as his stupid signs.
When my competitors are upset enough to post something like this to try to drum up business instead of letting there work speak for it self, I am happy to stay with my signs. I know who posted this and expect them to post more. For anyone out there looking for help with there computer, call around. Then call me. Decide based on what you feel after that. If you choose me or someone else, I hope you are happy with whomever you choose. I have a list of references here that I never mind sharing with you. To my competitors, GROW UP !
